Does anyone else preserve old price/store labels?

I collect exclusively og records... Sometimes, they have old price stickers, which I usually peel off if possible, only leaving really special local interest ones that may suit the record. I really do like the ones from long defunct local stores! Every so often i stick them on a record divider, I find it a pleasant way to preserve this bit of history, and it creates a sort of diary of sorts as I go along. Anyone else?

Mail day is the best day

Richard Davis - Epistrophy & Now's the Time (Muse)

Donald Byrd - Free Form (Blue Note)

I have been hunting the Davis for a while. I really wanted to find it in a store but no such luck. Even tried bidding on one from Japan but lost. Lucked out when it got ignored on eBay and scooped it. The Byrd was too cheap to ignore. Got both for $30 with shipping. I was going to pay just that in shipping from Japan.

Checked a Muse recording off the list and looking for more.

Them Grailz arrived last week…

Just came to open the package they were in.

Absolutely lovely!

That Sakura has really been one of my most wanted records.
So glad it was repressed!

Feel free to recommend stuff!

Here’s my collection so far

I think I have a pretty strong collection so far. Admittedly, it’s pretty heavily skewed towards jazz rock and fusion besides Time Out. I like a lot of fusion that leans into prog, uses odd time signatures and has killer guitar shredding. I would like to find more Miles Davis records like Kind of Blue, Sketches of Spain and more stuff from his electric period. I also gotta get my hands on The Inner Mounting Flame, Hot Rats, Spectrum, and Black Market.
