Got rejected by Mercor multiple times
I've applied to at least 20 roles on Mercor at this point, and I get rejected every single time. 😭I've worked on similar AI training platforms before, so I thought I'd at least have a decent shot. But I'm getting rejected even for the generalist roles, let alone the domain specific ones.
I'm genuinely confused about what they're looking for. Is there some screening criteria I'm missing? Is it the resume or just luck?
If you've successfully gotten into Mercor, I'd really appreciate any tips. What do they actually look for, and how did you get accepted?
