Looking for Merlin Fanfic recommedation with Servant/Master trope

Hi! I really need some good Merlin fanfic recommendations.
My trope is Arthur finds out that Merlin is actually a very good manservant. Not just in the sense of he is a good company and good at preparing lunch, but more like he actually handles many other things, like:
- Helping Arthur with Prince/King duties (preparing speeches, sorting our report, drafting trade negotiations, spying, communication bridge with other nobles, etc)
- Protect Camelot from magical and non-magical attacks.

And Arthur (or other people) finally slowly realizes he's doing all that being a servant without any recognition.
I'm open to both sfw, nsfw fics.

Please, any recommendations would be very much appreciated. I've just finished one like that, and it's so so good that it now leaves me desperate.
Thank you all in advance. Love!

Is it Merlin's fault? (spoilers)

So, I'm about to finish the show, this is the second time I've ever watched it.

The first time I followed on tv, which means I was somewhat irregular, but still loved it.
This time I'm super involved, and even though I already know what's coming in the final two episodes I've got left, I'm still really really sad. I'm not sure I can even watch them lol

Anyways, I can't help but feel it was all Merlin's fault?
He was warned about Mordred when he first encountered him as a child, decides to go against it and help save him.
Then again, and again, AND AGAIN warned about him in S5, where he finally listens. But then, his mettling ends up getting Kara killed, when he could've just let them go (although I ofc understand why he didn't).
There was also many more instances where his insisting on something or interfering ended up making it all worse.

Was his destiny too heavy on him, and did he blame himself for it in the end?
Because Jesus Christ, what a ride.

Created Merlin BBC characters in Sims 4!

Hiya!

So I tried creating Merlin BBC characters, since it's my favourite shows of all time. I focused especially on Merlin, Arthur, Morgana and Gwen. All of the face features are made with base game. I only dowloaded four mods for Arthur's hair + armour and Gwen's hair and dress. If you want to know specifically which cc's I dowloaded, just send me a message and I'll look it up for you. I also uploaded them to the gallery if you are interested in playing with these lads.

How did I do? Any tips on what I could change to make it more accurate?

From u/Astraea802 , one of my fave meme suggestions so far!

Best quotes for tattoos

I LOVe Merlin. Have since it was airing. I was originally planning on getting a triskellion tattoo when i was younger but eventually moved away from that and just want a lil quote.

But i want something not entirely obviously 'merlin' and despite countless rewatches i always get distracted by watching rather than searching for quotes.

Ive got a "love me anyway" tattoo from 911

And a "be brave, live" tattoo from btvs

And would like something in a similar vein but yeahhh struggling to find the 'perfect' meaningful quote.

What else are you into?

I recently made my rentree in the Merlin Rabbit Hole and after ploughing through a rewatch and rereading some favorite fanfics I just wonder, what else are you guys into?

I recently really loved heated rivalry, is that the same audience as this one? I feel like the Merlin audience back then was the same one as Sherlock and Doctor who, so I'm just wondering, where ar e you guys now?

Let's do this for Arthur now. If you HAD to recast Bradley, who would you go with?

Were there any times throughout the show where Uther actually made good decisions as a king?

Was rewatching 1x11 "The Labyrinth of Gedref" and I got to the part where Uther tells Arthur to implement a curfew and decree that anyone who should break it or steal from the grain reserves should be executed. Now, even though Uther loves to kill people who are innocent, this was actually a rare occasion in the show when he made a good call. Are there any other moments in the show where Uther was actually a good king?
