Based in the northern suburbs but am open to travel. I know near nothing about the game so would love it to be beginner friendly.

I use gel moisturiser as i am very acne prone. I first used nivea mattifying sunscreen which made me pill a lot. Now i use cetaphil spf face fluid. This pills less but is hard to spread and leaves a white tint that clings to the pores and peach fluff.

I wonder how people manage to put on the recommended two full fingers of spf on their face and go on glowing and even apply makeup. I cleanse thoroughly, then apply a lightweight gel moisturiser. I let it sit for a few minutes and then apply only one finger length of spf by spreading it onto the face in many small dots and then gently tapping it in. Even with this amount i get pilling. I use the nivea shine control mattifying sunscreen as i am acne prone. Does anyone have tips? I would appreciate it!

I dont know how it is in other countries but here you occasionally see MLMers outside retailers trying to sell you some sort of “subscription” or card or something. Once, they even contradicted themselves in conversation, admitting they were trying to recruit people. With me, it seems like people can smell out my personality like the plague. I think it has been that way since primary school. I am timid, sensitive, naive, weak, and tend to make excuses for people. So these MLMers will lurk outside the store and not talk to enyone inside but come inside to only talk to me. They come with this charismatic persona and will not stop pestering in hope that i will feel guilty to turn them down. The deceitful flattery also grieves me. Unfortunately, I have given them some banking info because of my inferiority complex, and my bank still needs to get back to me about a new card which i should follow up on. These people take advantage of a culture in which people are generally friendly. I fear i will turn out like a grouchy old lady, not knowing if someone is genuine and ethical or not. I have been told i can always say no with a smile but this is draining; it doesnt exactly work. I dont know what to do.

Hyperfixations can be dangerous. Im not focusing on lock-ins the day before and assignment is due after procrastinating for a month, though that obviously isnt unproblematic either.

I am talking about things that take up all your thoughts and free time. I recently read a comic with 100+ chapters in 2 days. 2 days. And it consumes all you think about. This can bring you trouble at work and more importantly lead to neglecting the people around you.

One of the greatest menaces as you may know is our beloved hypnotist rectangle 📱. It is programmed to keep you scrolling and if you lack impulse control, it can be even more of a problem.

It is a downward spiral for me that has led to many problems in my life. It is one of the things i have no grip on at this point, and i dont know how to change that. Meds dont work and it hasnt been effectively addressed in therapy. I have a session today, though there is more that i need to talk about in this session. What are your thoughts?

Since infp tend to live in their own heads, i think mental issues can feel very real. We also may feel out of touch with other people as it is, so neurodiversity might elevate this feeling. Executive dysfunction may also be worse as we are more likely to be procrastinators. How has your experience been?
