Do you have any ideas of what to cook with those?

Bought this in the market today (the size of the zucchini...not comment). I am not really a fan of autumn vegetables, but I decided I want to eat better and more nutritious and more veggies obviously! What would you cook with it?? Thanks for your answers!! Please be nice!!

Any other ideas of those little « dishes »?

I was at a French friend’s house, and they prepared those little « dishes ». From where I am coming from this doesn’t exist, like it’s not really a meal, it’s not really cooking but together it’s literally enough (I was clearly not hungry after that) and he still prepared a meal after that … I was passing out (impossible for me to sit I needed to lay after). So they gave me a lot of ideas, I will do them again (such as the cold quiches, with zucchini and chevre cheese and chorizo, if someone want it I can give the recipe, there is also kind of « ham roulé » and they rolled white cheese inside chicken ham, very addictive food)

so thinking back on that moment, do you have in your country this type of small dishes, if yes what type and could you share the recipe please?? Thanks all!!

Do you have a recipe for that dish??

I was eating this dish a lot during my trip in Hungary, but only outside! I went to a lot of people’s places and never I saw people cooking this! Back to my place now, I want to try and cook it at home!! I got the advice to buy sour cream from a special shop but I have no clue about the rest of the ingredients!

I would love to know if there is any recipe for that dish?? Could you share it please + if there’s any special cooking tips? I would be grateful!!

It’s also wining the price for the most delicious budget friendly fast dish that I ever tried! I was not hungry for the next 24 hours!

How to not get scammed by supermarkets?

Almost 4EUR for a kilo of papaya in South America (Paraguay precisely). I feel it’s a scam, I do remember at one point that this was the price of a kilo of papaya in the centre of Paris last year..

How to not get scam by supermarkets and still having my everyday vitamin C dose?

What is the most unusual jam/spread you ever tried?

I am eating a lot of jams and spreads (chocolate, peanut butter,..), since I am small and it’s still an habit in my everyday life! I even started to cook some jams myself, to reduce the quantity of sugar in my daily diet. Recently on a trip I discovered some very unusual jams, such as Rose jam, which is a jam literally made of roses leaves.. it’s excellent!! I know it’s a jam very popular in Middle Eastern countries, but in my country it is completely inexistent..

And it made me think that there’s probably all around the world some pretty interesting jams or spread that I am not even aware of!!

So please could you share what you would consider as an usual jam/spread but not for the others?? And if you have a recipe, please share it as well if possible!

What else can you do as a sweet pie?

I love pies/tarts whatever there are being called. I literally eat one piece every morning since I am 10 years old I think. I am doing them each time I see a stove. Usually I am doing some with apples, pears, peaches, apricots, cherries, blueberries…

Lately I want a bit of change, so what other ingredients would you put in a pie??

Pie lovers all over the word I am waiting for your answers!!

Ps: I am adding my latest one, she got a lot of success, made this morning and I am leaving alone.

For the one who will ask : my sugar level is alright and my blood pressure as well (I am not adding a lot of sugar if none) but thank your for the concern!!
