How to not get scammed by supermarkets?

Almost 4EUR for a kilo of papaya in South America (Paraguay precisely). I feel it’s a scam, I do remember at one point that this was the price of a kilo of papaya in the centre of Paris last year..

How to not get scam by supermarkets and still having my everyday vitamin C dose?

What else can you do as a sweet pie?

I love pies/tarts whatever there are being called. I literally eat one piece every morning since I am 10 years old I think. I am doing them each time I see a stove. Usually I am doing some with apples, pears, peaches, apricots, cherries, blueberries…

Lately I want a bit of change, so what other ingredients would you put in a pie??

Pie lovers all over the word I am waiting for your answers!!

Ps: I am adding my latest one, she got a lot of success, made this morning and I am leaving alone.

For the one who will ask : my sugar level is alright and my blood pressure as well (I am not adding a lot of sugar if none) but thank your for the concern!!

Any great recipe of ramen??

Hi everybody, as I am travelling a lot and not always finding good japonaise restaurant, i am missing Japanese food soo much.

The desperation is not completely eating me as I am cooking, and already manage to make few things!

I am desperately searching for good ramen recipes!! Most of the ingredients can be found everywhere (in my knowledge) but good recipes cannot be found everywhere:)

So if someone does have a good recipe for a ramen plate, I would be immensely grateful!!

Knowing that I tried multiples recipes from internet of ramen at my place, and it was a big fail.. SOS!!

People from my country think we 'invented' roast chicken with potatoes. What is your culture’s relationship with this dish and are you proud of it?

I am coming from a country where roasted chicken with potatoes is considered as a national dish and to be honest people are considering themselves as the “inventors” of this dish. They are very proud about that, and a lot of them are not accepting, the fact that it’s a pretty common dish in a lot of others country.

I’ve been travelling for some time and realised that each country has their own version of the roasted chicken with fries/potatoes.

I would really love to know what’s the relationship of your country/culture with this dish? Are people proud of it?? And if you have great recipes to share, please feel free to!

I went to Bolivia, ordered this food but I forgot the name of it (on the right of the picture)

Hi everyone! Quick question about a main Bolivian dish: I was in Bolivia a few months ago and ordered this dish. I can’t remember the name of the city neither, but, if it’s not clear from the photo, it’s a bed of fries topped with meat. I know it’s a Bolivian specialty! Does anyone know the name of this dish and have a good recipe for it? Gracias!
