Noah Millikan signs with Washington Nationals

Noah Millikan signs with Washington Nationals

The Washington Nationals are stocking up on Ballers.

Right after it was announced that Adam Bogosian had signed into the Washington MLB system, Noah Millikan shared today that he has also joined the organization.

He joins James Colyer, Grant Manning and Bogosian in the system.

The Berkeley native was 7-1 in 14 appearances last season, with a 2.12 ERA, .91 WHIP and 96 K. “The Milkman” was the club’s most dominant starter, earning an PBL All Star nod.

Congrats, Noah! Who is next!?

Probably not supposed to post this as an employee of the Ballers BUT…..

…I caught a glimpse of this in the front office. I think these limited edition hats are being dropped tomorrow (Thursday). 🤫 you didn’t hear it from me. Don’t get me fired!

⚾️Mini Postgame 5/20⚾️ McKenzie hits a hatty, powers B’s to first W

Video courtesy of HomeTeam Sports.

The B’s notched their first win of the 2026 campaign on Ring Night off the big bat of TJ McKenzie. McKenzie, who started in CF, launched 3 boomers into the West Oakland sky to give the B’s the win, 13-8.

Some highlights:

- BIG BULLPEN DEPTH. After San Diego-native Aidian Risse went 3 IP with 7 H, 6 ER and 1 K/2 BB, Liam Rocha, Langston Burkett and Braydon Nelson kept the mighty Missoula offense at bay, giving up only 2 ER and stopping the sneaking feeling that we were seeing a repeat of Opening Night.

- WEST OAKLAND FIREWORKS. McKenzie would go a perfect 3-for-3 (also walking once) bringing in 6 RBI off of 3 HR, injecting electricity into the B’s offense throughout the game. He would take home the Proposition Chicken Player of the Game award (they have great tofu btw, I eat it like … monthly). Kentucky-native and late 2026 addition Noah Blythe also contributed to the fireworks, notching his first HR of the season.

- SHEP’S FIRST PRO HIT. Pleasanton-native Jaden Sheppard got his first professional hit, going 1-for-4 with 1 R, 1 BB. He got the start at DH, and no doubt made many friends and family in the stands happy.

This was a long one! So long in fact that the sprinklers turned on temporarily at 10:08 during the 9th inning, what Tyler Petersen called “Pioneer League After Dark.”

Join the B’s again tomorrow for their last game of the series against Missoula. They’ll take on one of the new kids on the block, the Long Beach Coast (Regulators) starting Friday.

Let’s go Oakland!

Adam “Bogo” Bogosian signs with Washington Nationals

Another day, another B’s player to the MLB system.

Adam Bogosian joins James Colyer, Grant Manning, Danny Kerwin, Elijah Pleasants, Carson Lambert and Tyler Davis (with Davis making his MLB debut this year, the first Baller to do so) in making the jump. Bogo will join his 2025 Championship teammate “Big Dipper” Colyer and Grant Manning in the Nationals system. No confirmation yet on where Bogo will plug in just yet in terms of affiliate level.

In 31 appearances, Bogosian went 3-0 with a 5.33 ERA, 1.49 WHIP and 53 K. In decisive moments in the playoffs, Bogosian was a critical piece of the B’s bullpen, rising to the occasion.

Let’s all congratulate Bogosian! Let’s go!

Thinking About Subscribing to HomeTeam Network, How Is It If You Have?

Thinking about signing up, but want to see if people like it before I do.

Anyone with experience using it?

Thanks!

BART shuttle clarification

Last night was the first Ballers game I've gone to, and I'm planning on going to a few more this season. On my way out, I did not see any signage for the shuttle back to West Oakland and did not see it by the exit of the stadium. I ended up walking down Peralta by myself, which was OK but a shuttle would have been better. I also only saw a couple other people in Ballers gear at the station despite the crowd at the game, so I'm not sure if the shuttle was seeing much use (a lot of people also left early due to the score).

So, where does the shuttle actually leave from? Is it reliable enough to depend on in that situation, or would I have been better off just waiting for the 22 bus instead of walking?

Are all the games free livestream on Youtube now?

I took a look at YouTube and was surprised to find todays game on. Yesterday's game though was just the radio. Hopefully they're on all year and you don't have to subscribe to Flo anymore.

TODAY IS THE DAY!

LFG! A month ago I started getting super hyped about the season and was reflecting on last season, so I wrote a silly little song about it.

Ballers Still On 860AM?

Can someone please confirm? I did not see this listed as a way to “watch the game” tonight, though of course this would be audio only.

Is it only YouTube this year?

Does it feel like the Ballers will be around for a long time or could they fold instantly?

I do think they have potential, its a good market the support is good, and the Pioneer League has been around for years. With these smaller market teams it feels like anything could happen instantly. I'm sensing though that the Ballers are helping the league and its not a struggling franchise like Yolo.
