What fabric should I get to make this type of shorts?
It's Spring here so I need something breathable. I'm gonna get some interfacing for the waist and hem too (I need it for the vest anyway). Might not use this exact pattern though just because it's a bit advanced and I can't be bothered to alter it lol
Like I'm worried about drape and I'm worried about poof bc no petticoat. But I also don't want to be constantly ironing it. I was looking at fabrics for tailoring, but it turns out they're not good at creating volume ig. But sometimes people use quilting cotton for ouji and it looks kind of cheap? I guess it depends on the quality
Otome no Sewing Book suggests what translates to "stretch flannel". That sounds too warm, but I wanted to know what that is. Thanks for reading 🎠
