so I’ve loved ouji for forever now, but just never wore it to school. I wear many other different styles, but I’m just too scared. to do ouji. what should I do? I would really really love to wear ouji at school but I just don’t know if I should. my school is pretty much just clean girls and average white teenage boys so not many “weird“ kids. Not to mention, I wear ouji in public ALLLL the time .what should I do?? any input is appreciated

edit: I did today! It was more casual than my usual coords (a simple blouse, black bloomers, black tights) and it went pretty well! I already dressed alt before this (or just wore anime shirts lolz) so people didn’t find it too weird and I got a lot of compliment!

basically, the story follows a young boy named Alice who has presumably lived in wonderland his whole life. suddenly, people he knows start to get replaced with “imposters“. whenever he sees these said imposters, he kills them and they turn into ash. since the mad hatter is a scientist, he decides to go in a quest to find him and ask about these weird occurrences. He soon runs into a mirror maze, and a mirror image of himself climbs I’ve of the mirror and starts to follow him around. While at all of this is happening, he meets the white rabbit , a kind woman who happens to be well versed in what’s currently happening. Alice also soon finds out that all the imposters he’d been dealing with were the real people, just possesed. This is when he also starts to have vivid dreams about a boy named Rowan, slowly uncovering the dark truth about how the boys life was cut short. When Alice finally finds the mad hatter, he finds him dead. After that, Alice decides to go to the Queen of hearts, where she instead turns out to be an evil entity, and the mirror version of him was actually there to get rid of him. Turns out, there are multiple Alice’s. Every time a child would cut their life short, they would become a Alice. However, to make room for the new Alice, they would have to kill the current one. This is when Alice realizes that he in fact is Rowan. That’s all I have so far!

So I am an 8th grader and have noticed that almost half, if not more, of my grade can’t do simple work. of course it could just be that I’ve always been at a higher English level (currently somewhere in high school level but my school doesn’t offer advanced ELA) but I see kids in my grade groaning over writing a few words. WORDS. don’t get me started on a paragraph. while it’s most prominent in ELA, I see it a a lot in other subjects. I understand math and science can be challenging (they even are for me sometimes) but last year when i was in on level Texas history, i was one of the only people in my class doing work, despite our teacher being the football coach that gives barely any work that is always super simple.I mainly notice this in my teacher aide period, which is for 8th grade ELA. Theres a few kids doing fine, but all the popular kids (75% of the class) don’t know anything. it’s like this in some of my other classes but not as bad. have you teachers seen this and have any input on it?

This year, my local children’s and teens theatre is doing ride the cyclone teen and it’s my favorite of all time! my dream role is Jane doe so that’s who I’m auditioning for. I did her song at a recital for my schools musical theatre class this year and did pretty well in my opinion. When I was doing voice lessons, my coach had taught me think of me from phantom so I’ve been thinking about doing that for my audition. any other ideas?

for a bit of context, I had been using cai for about 4 years before I decided to finally quit. I knew how bad ai was for both me and the environment which made me really want to quit. but the thing is I always think if amazing scenarios id love to act out in some way. I’m a hopeless romantic and I would always do romance rps as my fav characters or dream self to imagine what it’d be like. but without ai I don’t know how to do this. I have been writing, especially since I’ve been a writer for the past 2 years, but it only helps so much. does anyone know how to get that same feeling? even with not romance rps but really any

I starter to think about personal 3 since I got a ps2 last year and only have one game for it so far. I’ve heard that persona 3 is on ps2, so would it be a good introduction to the series and would I enjoy it? I don’t usually play jrpg, but I finished tales of berseria and loved it, and I started tales of zestira and enjoy it so far

idk if this is a really a good subreddit to post this in but I’ll give it a try! so for some background knowledge, ever since I was super young I had always been in love with the 2000s, even before the whole “y2k trend” but recently, I have been getting more into it and have nested to actually know what it feels like to love as a teen then. I’ve already done such things as mainly watch 2000s anime’s, plays older games on my ps2 and 3, burn cds, use said cd, and use DVDs. But I really do want to get that “2000s effect“ I really hate how much I am on my phone and would love to be less dependent on it. If anyone has any ideas, please do share! like I’ve said before, I do know this is a weird request. and to clarify, I’m not trying to glorify the 2000s since I do know it’s had its flaws! any help is appreciate!

edit: sadly, I can’t do many things with meeting up with friends outside! most of my friends are online except for two, and only one is close to me, the other being over 30 minutes away. if anyone knows a way to also make more friends my age that would be great! preferably other than things such as go play outside since out of my whole neighborhood it’s either people about to enter collage or elementary aged kids sadly:(
