I’m planning to buy a new independent house in Khammam. As part of my search, I’ve shortlisted two options:

1. A 200 sq yards G+1 home at RS Nagar, opposite Vartha Office.
2. A 200 sq yards G and one more G+1 home at Sriram Nagar Rd no 13, Mustafa Nagar.

Both homes are well-constructed and priced around 90lakhs, but we’re concerned about the future development of these two areas. Could someone please help me decide which area would be better for family living, commercial zones, and future development?

Can anyone recommend a trusted local seller or farm where I can buy pure, unadulterated honey? Please share the contact/details if you’ve personally tried it.
