nobody is joining this job out of pure passion,most of us come from poor backgrouds, useless degrees and are in desperate need of job which is paying well. yes there are jobs with good work life balance and all but the salary is abysmal. just ask yourself why would a profit seeking company pay a fresher who dont know ABC of banking 80000 a month when the market rate is around 30-40000. please dont demotivate aspirants saying dont join in banks. IF YOU HAVE BETTER OPPURTUNITY, LEAVE BANKING PREPARATION AND TAKE IT
