Hi! I’m starting off with peptides and I am completely lost I have no idea where to start or wha to buy or how the math works! I would love some coaching/help from anyone with experience!
I am:

\- Male
\- 5’7
\- 155lbs
\- 18%/19% BMI
Please any help finding where to buy and what to buy would be tremendously and greatly appreciated!
