I started reta early September and started tesa daily on 9/13, around the start of October my injection sites have been leaving bruises and lumps right after injection. I do everything the same everytime so i have no idea what the issue could be. Both of these are tesa injections from the past 2-3 days

GHK- DAILY ( 2g of 50mg vial)
NAD- MON, THURS (50mg of 100mg Vial)
Any tips or recommendations? I'm trying to do this healthiest way possible
I guess I'm a slow responder! I started my Reta journey 6 weeks ago with doses of 2.5mg per week for weeks 1-4, I upped it to 3mg for week 5 and just dosed 4mg for week 6.
I started at 285 lbs. 6 weeks ago and just weighed in at 275 lbs! Down 10 lbs.! After reading and hearing about so many transformations I was definitely expecting a faster weight loss.
For the last 8 weeks I've been working out 5-6 days a week mainly weight training, after not working out for last 4 years, it was a tough start but have really enjoyed it and have noticed my energy and stamina has been renewed.
The food noise has been suppressed but I'm still hungry and able to eat but I've noticed I'm very alert about my portion control.
I guess what I'm asking is what am doing wrong? Am I just being inpatient?

In your experience which one is better (and why) to stack with Mounjaro ?
I recently just got an order of a bunch of my peptides and I'm trying to figure out the best way to keep track of all of them for accountability purposes but as well as tracking progress. My peptides consist of reta, tesa, motc, selank, tb500 and ghku. What would be the most efficient way to pin but track as well. I've seen some apps but want to know from other experiences or similar pep stacks. Thank you in advance
What has everyone done out there?
I'm in my third month of ret and have just started the 4 mg dose. I'm experiencing occasional episodes of increased appetite and a strong urge to eat, almost like binge eating, even though it doesn't happen all the time.
I buy research peptides for a small lab bench, not a store. Usual order is Semax and Selank in a few vials, sometimes a repeat the same month. I usually order that bulk because the batches come with paperwork and the box is just vials. I still want a second source in case a lot is late.
Do you split small peptide orders across two suppliers, or is that more trouble than it is worth? And what do you check on a COA before you accept the shipment? I am not looking for a retail brand. Just a steady wholesale line.
I just bought some .5 ml pins as I find the 1 ml hard to pin small amounts. I do not want to up my BAC water ml. The needles are way smaller than the 100 ml. Pins I am used to. Is this ok? Do I get enough depth of subcutaneous layer?
Question about Reta Reconstitution: 1.5 mL vs. 3 mL Bacteriostatic Water
Hi everyone! I have a question about reconstituting a 30 mg reta vial using bacteriostatic water (BAC water).
The instructions I received say to use 1 mL of BAC water per 10 mg of reta, meaning 3 mL of BAC water for a 30 mg vial.
I'm considering using 1.5 mL of BAC water instead of 3 mL because I use a 0.5 mL U-100 insulin syringe with a 31G × 6 mm needle, and drawing a smaller volume would be easier for me.
I already understand the dose conversion:
30 mg reta + 3 mL BAC water: 5 mg = 50 units.
30 mg reta + 1.5 mL BAC water: 5 mg = 25 units.
My question is: Is it safe or okay to use 1.5 mL of BAC water instead of the instructed 3 mL? Would using less BAC water affect the reta's stability, solubility, potency, or effectiveness, or would it simply make the solution more concentrated?
I'm happy with my current 5 mg dose and am not planning to increase it. I just want to understand whether changing the amount of BAC water would make any difference beyond the concentration and injection volume.
