Does anyone know why this error happens to me on every pokemon center drop now?

Notes:

- only been happening since pitch black pre-order drop.
- mobile 5g works (but keeps refreshing so itll never work)
- I went to the website PRIOR to the drop and it worked fine its only when product launches that im restricted

any help would be so much appreciated

Got the Peakychu Plush early access email. However I clicked it within 1 minute and it keeps giving this error when I try to add to cart. Did anyone's link work to purchase?
