PKC is just trash at this point. My credit cards had enough money to transact with PKC and it flagged it. I tried every single credit card / debit card I owned. I tried it with a friend’s card. Different network, UK VPN, hotel wifi, office wifi. Different PCs, Mac, iPhone, Android. Different Browsers.

Nothing worked over 4 days.

Just a real Pokemon fan wanting to open some boosters get shut out while scalpers and botters are having a field day.

Smh. Pokemon should just tank at this point. There’s no point if 90% of the product gets handed to scalpshit shows.

I'm trying to update payment for the 30th Bundle drop for UK that has been delayed to now. My bank card is okay and i can see that pokemon center has tried multiple time to charge my card for the bundles. But i still receive today about failed payment. I have now tried different browser on different computer (and different cards) but i still get this error and my status is: Action Required for the order. Should i just give up or contact customer service?

Anybody else got the wrong size shirt? I ordered a large but got a small size?? How does returns work? It’s my first time having to do a return

So my girlfriend has pre-ordered (luckily) several 30th items.

Including two ETB’s, sticker collections etc. she also pre-ordered 3 booster bundles.

The 3 booster bundles were split. She managed to order 2 and then I was able to order 3 so she went back on and managed to order another one.

The order I have highlighted above at 23:16 BST (which for some reason shows at a later time despite being her first order) is for the first 2.

The order below that is marked at 20:16 BST is for the 1 booster bundle she completed after I told her I was able to get 3.

Now the issue at hand is that she received an email stating that the payment info needs to be updated for the order with 1 booster bundle. We have tried and we have gotten errors however each order uses the same card, the money is present but we are being told the order containing 1 booster bundle is at risk of being cancelled…

Any advice or is it likely the order containing 1 is to be cancelled as it’s viewed as a duplicate issue and we need not worry about the successful order containing 2 booster bundles.

I need your help! I have no idea what else I can do- I ordered 6 plush for my son's birthday coming up this month, on August 6. On August 9, they were out for delivery, and then never arrived. The tracking showed it stuck at Grove City, OH for 2 more weeks. This is the time frame PKC gave me to wait before marking it as "missing".

It's been 2 months since ordering. Every week I have contacted support via the website online chat, and gotten nothing except "we will email you if we need more information". I have been told it's escalated twice now. I have seen people who made orders well after mine be given resolutions for their orders.

It is past the time frame to file a claim with my bank, and I can't afford to buy these plush a second time. They were the only things my son asked for for his birthday. I'm so embarrassed as a mom, and that PKC won't do anything to help. Has anyone ever been through this, or know what else I can do? All of this over 6 plushies! Thank you Reddit!

In USA, the collection has been online already for over a week now. The actual Pokemon Go ESA event started yesterday, but still no sign of the collection in the store.

My new card expires 2036! I can't scroll down or type the year in. It's the same on the desktop!

Is there a way around???
