In Disco Elysium, you can choose to play as a communist. You can then talk about your communist ideology to The Deserter, a communist revolutionary, only for him to call you a filthy neoliberal. This is the most accurate portrayal of two communists discussing doctrine ever written.

In COD4 MW, Captain Price asks "What the hell kind of name is Soap?". This is because Price is a gamer who doesn't know what soap is.

In battlefield 6, when your gun runs out of ammo, the bolt moves back, even on guns that aren’t able to do that, and there is still ammo in magazine

Game ruined

To change your gender in Stardew Valley (2016), you must find the obscure Wizard’s Tower and spend time befriending the eccentric Wizard until he grants you access to his gender changing magic. This is really not that different from how it works in real life Europe

Leon (Resident Evil) was traumatized for decades over the death of a policeman and a gunshop owner who he met for less than an hour. But the death of his closest friend for 15 years was never brought up again after the fact.

This is probably because Capcom wants to forget RE6 as much as the game’s haters do. A shame since the game had solid enemy variety and a pretty deep combat system. You should try this game during sales.

In Hollow Knight (2017), the Pure Vessel holds its nail in reverse grip. This is because it's a perfected version of the Hollow Knight and therefore has no mind to think.

Monopoly is often considered a boring and drawn out game by most. This is because theyve never played the "Bullshit Monopoly" my friends and I invented in Middle School

-If youre not caught cheating in the moment, its not cheating

-if you are caught cheating roll a dice. On a 1-4 pay a 100 dollars. On a 5-6 pay a 300 dollars and keep what money or property or house or position you cheated for.

-if leaving the table you can pay 500 dollars to write an inventory of your assets, that must remain accurate when you return

-everyone eats dinner and drinks a cup of coffee *or* chugs a liter of water before the game

-when you pass go you can only take a 100 bucks and make everyone eat a birds eye chili

-You are allowed to challenge an opponent to a nerf gun duel at ten paces once per game betting properties of equal value (hotels and homes not included, can bet multiple properties against theirs, you can bet more than youre wagering for), winner takes all

-if you have a 1000 more than second place, you can spend 500 to hunt last place for sport, where if they fail to avoid getting shot with a nerf gun in the backyard for 1 minute they lose the game and all their assets are auctioned off. If you fail to hunt them they can claim half your propertys for their silence

-if you get so angry you throw a punch, you immediately lose the game and have your assets auctioned off

In flushed away the video game (2006) the outro card has a question mark at the end, implying the adventures might continue, this is a reference to this game giving me false hope for a sequel to flushed away for years…

Players who purchased the Standard Edition of Forza Horizon 6 (2026) are not greeted with a welcome pack.

I didn't realise it was only coming out tomorrow and that all the footage I've been seeing is from early access.

In the Bullet Heaven franchise, the player has to survive a massive onslaught of projectiles with a comparatively smaller arsenal. Because of this, Steam will tell you Bullet Heaven games are not bullet heaven games.

Better Than Dead (2026), despite costing $14.99, is actually free-to-play. This is a reference to the fact that I finished the game in 67 minutes.
