This might be an odd post for this subreddit. However, I was told these panels were from the Chick Tract "Why No Revival". However when I actually looked up the comic, it didn't contain these panels. Does anyone know where these panels actual come from?
EDIT: I found it. Turns out it was from "Why No Revival", but for some reason it's only in the 1970 release and not the one you can find on the website or the original 1961 one.
So, I am a newbie when it comes to the occult. However, while looking images on an art site, I stumbled this strange image:
According to Google, this image is a "numograph" and was created by a group called "Cybernetic Culture Research Unit". Most of the articles I could find about them were incredibly confusing. The most I could suss out is that they are involved in the occult; they were or are led by Nick Land (who is best known for founding the Dark Enlightenment movement); and they are very concerned with "Lemurian demonism and time sorcery".
Does anyone here have any information on who these guys are or the numograph is supposed to be conveying?
So, I was on YouTube when I saw this video advertising a video game based on Moomin: Midsummer Madness: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSWAHhuJS2A
I had two main thoughts. First off, like a lot game trailers these days, the trailer doesn't really explain what the game play is going to be like. Secondly, the way the characters move creeps me out. There's something strangely unnatural about it.
What are your guy's thoughts?
So, I noticed several sources claiming Cheadle Yorkshire was a sparing partner for Netero. The sources never explained if this was an one-off or a recurring thing. I admit that it has been years since I watched the anime and never read the manga, but I don't remember the anime saying or implying this. Was this even stated or implied in official media or are people making stuff up?
