Building the Moominhouse🥹💘

So my mom offered me the Moominhouse by Rolife a few days ago and I started as soon as I got it. It’s going well so far: just finished Moominpappa’s room.

The details are absolutely amazing and the quality is beyond wonderful. This is so precious and I am having the time of my life!

I’ll try to keep you guys updated about the building if you are interested! But meanwhile I can only recommend it if you can afford it. I’m amazed.

I’m confused about Snufkin and Little My

If Mymble is Snufkins mom why is Little My Snufkin’s half sister and not aunt??

At first when I heard she was his half sister I thought I was just mistaken and Little My’s mom was actually Snufkin’s mom too. But every time I look it up everything says Mymble’s his mom but it also says Little My’s his half sister and that makes no sense.

Is Mymble actually Little My’s mom not her sister and I just misunderstood??

The irony of this community/subreddit

I gotta say I was feeling pretty good recently after discovering Moomins and the positive messaging about anti-consumerism, especially Snufkins wisdom about only owning what you need and not being weighed down by possessions (metaphysically as much as physically) so I come to this sub and wow am I taken aback! It seems like not only many but most of the most here are people posting endless Moomin merch and discussing buying more stuff. I'm gonna have to side with Snufkin here and say maybe you guys should take the messaging of the show a little more to heart and put the wallet down?

Autistic and Moomins is my new obsession! ☺️

So I watched The Moomins when I was little and haven’t given it any attention since until recently. I’m currently having a bit of a hard time with work (groomer) and the heatwaves and wildfires. Finland is my fave country, my fave band HIM is Finnish! I’m ND and my latest special interest and obsessions is the Moomins! I started watching the original series that I grew up with on Amazon prime and today I went out and got myself a plushie! we watched The End of Oak Street together!

I’ve pre-ordered myself the “LEGO” Moomin House as it looks amazing but out of stock in the UK. I love Lego and going have so much fun building it! What other items should I look out for?

I love anything soft and plushie and I love stationary. Truffle Shuffle has some really cute Moomin stuff! 😍 and here in Manchester we have a really cute shop called Thunder Egg which has an official license. Thunder Egg - Moomin

Moomin X Animal Crossing

^^Can someone please make this happen ^^
A game with little Moomin characters that suggest little quests for you and help you build your house and garden please! Hemulin can help with crops, Snufkin can teach you to fish, Moomin Mama teaches cooking, etc. Any other ideas? This would be such a fun concept right??
