Most people who followed $CYDY remember March 30, 2021. The FDA publicly stated that CytoDyn's claims about leronlimab were "misleading and not supported by the data", no benefit was shown in COVID-19 treatment trials. The stock dropped 25%+ that day.

What happened afterward was a class action lawsuit covering investors who held $CYDY between March 27, 2020 and March 30, 2022.

A $500,000 settlement has been reached and terms are now submitted to the court for approval.

Who qualifies?

Anyone who held $CYDY during the class period and suffered losses from the alleged misrepresentations about leronlimab's effectiveness for HIV and COVID-19.

Can I still apply?

Yes, you can submit your application now and it will be processed once claims filing officially opens after court approval.

If you were damaged by this don't forget to check your eligibility. GL!

Argyle sweater

This sweater was included in a StitchFix email I just received today. When I click through the Shop Now option, this sweater is not in the list. I tried a Google image search and still can't find it. Does anyone know more about it?

Updates for Getting Payment on the Rivian $250 million Settlement

Hey guys, if you missed it, Rivian settled $250 million with investors over claims that it failed to disclose the true cost of producing its vehicles. And, I just found out that they’re accepting claims even though the deadline has passed.

Quick recap: In 2022, Rivian was accused of misleading investors about its vehicle pricing and production costs. In short, the company promoted its R1T pickup and R1S SUV as competitively priced electric vehicles, but investors later alleged that Rivian was losing substantial amounts of money on each vehicle sold and failed to clearly disclose how severe the cost gap was. As supply-chain issues and material costs increased, Rivian announced major price hikes that sparked customer backlash and raised concerns about the company’s financial outlook.

Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $250 million with them, and even though the deadline has passed recently, they’re accepting late claims.

So, if you invested in $RIVN when all of this happened, you can still check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $RIVN at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

Good for interview outfit?

I am hoping to start interviewing for jobs soon but I am not a big fashion person although I'm picky about what I wear. It's hard for me to coordinate multiple pieces and colors, and in my previous career I basically wore scrubs so I don't feel confident putting together business casual outfits. I'm also petite so blazers and things like that look stupid on me unless they are cut for petite. Would Stitchfix be a good option to get some pieces to create an interview outfit, or is there a better option? I don't want to spend a lot because I am losing weight right now so I don't want to go to Nordstrom or anything like that. Even though I don't have interviews lined up right now and I'm just in the applying process, I was hoping to just be prepared in case I do get something. Thanks!

Question about working for StitchFix

Firstly, I’m very sorry if this is not the right place for this. I was unsure of where else to put it.

I recently got hired for a warehouse associate role and was told I would need to take a drug test. I used to be a stoner for about a year and a half but stopped a month ago to become a healthier version of myself. I was just notified I need to take a drug test, and I’m terrified. I have no idea if there is still THC in my system but from other people’s stories, I think it is. I really want this job and I’m scared I screwed it up for myself. Do they test for THC? This specifically is a part time warehouse associate position.

Edit: I’m keeping this up in case anyone else needs this information. I couldn’t find many answers to this question. After I signed my paperwork, I got the link to schedule my test which said this: “Stitch Fix, Inc. requires that you complete 5 panel no THC before starting work.”. I’m in the clear!

Updates for Getting Payment on the Stitch Fix ($SFIX) $32M Settlement

Hey guys, if you missed it, Stitch Fix agreed to a $32 million settlement over claims that it misled investors about its Freestyle (Direct Buy) business. The deadline to file a claim is October 7, 2026.

Quick recap: Stitch Fix told investors Freestyle would help grow the business without hurting its core Fix service. Later, the company admitted the rollout was creating problems and slowing performance.

After those updates, $SFIX dropped about 24%, and investors sued over their losses.

Now the company has agreed to a $32 million settlement, and eligible investors have until October 7, 2026 to file a claim.

If you owned $SFIX between 2020 and 2022, it's worth checking if you qualify.

Did anyone here hold $SFIX back then? How did it work out for you?

New to Stitch Fix

UPDATE #2: Just read some posts from "old timers" with complaints about recent service. Posts are about 2- months old. Maybe there was a new update that made things wonky(?). I'll still hang in there UPDATE #1: I just learned that the "see it on me" is a relatively new feature. I'm going to hang on there.

I need input because what i would think would be a great app is just so bad.

The representation of my face and body are perfect, but the clothing suggestions that they provide are nothing that i want.

I have been giving the SAME feedback about the pictures of the styles they send, but they don't listen. They send the SAME styles with the same types of ugly sandals. Out of about 50 pics they put together for me, 2 were worth it.

So much for AI taking over the world.
