So here's all I know about this agreement:

I missed the deadline. Is it too late?

Biogen Finally Agreed to Settle With Investors Over Aducanumab Claims

Hey guys, if you missed it, Biogen just settled with investors over claims about its aducanumab clinical trial data and the failed ENGAGE study.

Long story short, in 2020, Biogen was accused of misleading investors about why ENGAGE failed while EMERGE showed positive results. After FDA briefing materials raised serious concerns, the FDA Advisory Committee voted 10-0 that the data did not support aducanumab’s effectiveness.

After this news came out, $BIIB fell 28.2%, and investors filed a lawsuit over their losses.

Deadline to Submit Claims on the SolarEdge ($SEDG) $55M Settlement Is Just 7 Days Away - Deadline August 17

Hey guys, if you missed it, SolarEdge agreed to a $55M settlement with investors over claims that it misled the market about weakening demand in Europe, rising inventory, and the strength of its revenues. The deadline to file a claim is August 17, 2026, just 7 days away.

In a nutshell, SolarEdge continued saying European demand was strong and inventory was under control, even as distributors were allegedly building up excess product. On October 19, 2023, the company disclosed unexpected cancellations and order pushouts, and $SEDG fell 27.2%.

Hey guys, if you missed it, the court finally approved the $2.35 million settlement between Hut 8 and its investors over claims related to its USBTC merger and disclosures about the company’s financial condition and mining assets.
