Been studying for good amount of months . Inicet is done and my brain stopped working . Inicet was never my target so I thought I'll get back on track right on time but it's not happening. Feeling stuck but don't want to be in this phase for long . How are you holding up .
Hi guys
How do you all deal with procrastination
I know I’ll be doomed if I don’t start studying
But I don’t I always find something other to do rather than studying I really really wanna crack pg in first attempt or else I’ll be doomed fam 😭 need help asalu ela chaduvtunaru meru antha
22M, 2023 batch, NTRUHS. I want to prepare well for the upcoming exams, but I am struggling with inconsistency. I need a study partner to stay on track.
Hii I'm 25y currently in govt job prep from telugu states(yeah i know most of them see us as burden to date I don't know why) and good settled family so no financial problems to prepare for longer times. But good at realistic thinking🤞 what to do in life if i don't get any govt job.
Btw i really interested to date a medico gu who is simple nd cute looking(i mean innocent looks like me😁) i really can't say why medico only but i know how much stressful is thier job. I'm more into understanding eachother because everyone has their faults in general and with thier jobs.
If anyone feels like to talk nd connect to see whether we vibe eachother to become partners or maybe we can just because friends if we don't feel as life partners🤞.
I know that many people who see this post are not that simple or not into non medico but u may have your best friends who didn't date anyone upto and u may feel like this post is related to her. Be my wingman(i mean wingwomen) to connect us🫰

Hi everyone,
My TSMC registration is up for renewal in November 2027, and I need some guidance regarding CME credit hours.
Do I need to have the full 30 CME points ready by then?
If anyone has gone through the renewal process recently, could you share how to accumulate these points without spending a fortune on the paid conferences listed on the TSMC website?
I also heard rumors that TSMC is rejecting points earned through certain medical apps, so any clarity on which digital platforms are actually accepted would be incredibly helpful.
If your license is expiring around the same time and you are in the same boat, please connect with me so we can figure this out together.
Thank you!
I have my first-year MBBS finals coming up in August, and I honestly have no clear idea how to prepare, what to study, or where to start from.
I haven’t studied much so far and somehow managed to pass my first internals, but I’m not really prepared for the finals at all.
I genuinely need guidance on how to complete my preparation effectively and manage the syllabus in time. Please help 😭

Please correct me if I am wrong
I am new to this thing called studying
So I'm from Telangana, under KNRUHS University. Our college started in November 2025, and the exam schedule came just 2-3 days ago. Exams are starting from 12th August, but the syllabus is still incomplete - CNS, special senses, abdomen, and God knows what's happening in biochemistry.
We received our records and logbooks only after 10th May, whereas other colleges got them back in December/January itself. Now our department is forcing us to complete all the records within 14 days of summer holidays by spending almost 12 hours daily, which leaves no time for self-study. They also said they won't accept records made by bhaiya/didi or any paid vendor.
What should I do? I'm seriously scared that if I spend all my time on records and don't study properly, I'll fail. Pre-finals are in the first week of July.
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share a bit about what we’re building. I’m a doctor-founder, and like many of you, I saw the gaps in how tertiary care hospitals handle post-discharge recovery. Patients get great treatment in the OT or ICU, but once they go home to places like Kondapur or Gachibowli, the follow-up care is a mess.
We’ve started Rehab at your Doorstep. It’s a lean, MD-led startup focusing on high-quality home recovery. Our Chief Doctor is Dr. Rahul Reddy (MBBS Gold Medalist, MD General Medicine from Manipal).
The goal: Professionalize home healthcare. No more "untrained ayahs" masquerading as nurses. We’re deploying a multidisciplinary team (MDs, Physios, Nurses) to handle everything from ICU step-downs to post-op rehab.
Why I’m posting here: I think as a community, we need to lead more healthcare startups instead of just being employees. If any of you are interested in the "Doctor-Founder" space or have questions about building a clinical brand from scratch in Hyderabad, let's talk.
Also, if you're a PG or resident in Hyderabad and want to see how we’re structuring our clinical SOPs for home-care, feel free to reach out.

Idk whattt to studyyy, agrhhhhh there's so much syllabus
Which sources do i use?
Also, which subject is the easiest to score distinction?🤡
I honestly felt so numb after my exams
These prep holidays and exams made me so worse. I used it be fun going and chill the amount of stress these final year exams gave me is peak.giving 10 papers and reexam drained all my energy on the top of it the practicals it felt like a decade
My entire sleep schedule is messed up feeling so low .I didn't feel this stressed till now even for my neet ug and usmle step 1
Nothing makes me happy
I suggest all juniors to start prep early and complete ent ophtha so that you need not burden yourself later
Anyone in the same boat and preparing for step 2 let's connect need push for starting step 2

Who said doctors can't create impact or are evil( I know there will be a few bad examples and greedy docs), but most of you guys want to help, and my life has taken a 180 degree turn.
I was a failure, a dropout , on the doom with career and life.......and one day, on an evening i decided to call the mental health helpline number, they asked me to come down to the state institute of mental health, there I met my first psychiatrist and psychologist, they gave me 40 min of their time and thoroughly analysed everything and gave me a provisional diagnosis of adhd and later i switched to a different teaching hospital and over there they spoke with me and my parents and gave us a bunch of questionnaires to fill and said I have ADHD type C, they gave me medication ( i didn't take it for a week because I was scared to take it), and boom from then there was no looking back, soon they increased and adjusted my dosage and delivery mechanism.
And now I am someone who's doing two bachelors degrees at the same time and preparing for upsc and in both the bachelor sem 1 i scored more than 90 percent (91 in one and the other 94). I was always a 50 percent student infact i failed in 12th and dropped out of bachelors
I don't know how much this means to you guys(hopefully it motivates you people or makes you smile atleast)or i might just be another psychiatric patient, but for me it changed my whole life, it feels like a new life started at the age of 23 and all this learning and studying is new for me
i didn't know something as small as two pills can make me go from a failure to one of the toppers in the whole state university and infact i am doing so good with the upsc prep my friends who have been preparing for years feel i am doing a lot better than them in just 3 months, i wanna cry but I'll not
Thank you and i love you people ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻
So would you guys like to see educational posts? Why am i asking this is ee sub antha em ledu and i think theres a lot of value(to milk) for medical educational content . We have them on insta and also on the western side of medical reddit. No one cares about this sub cuz antha busy and no direction (well I thought this sub would be very dead but apparently its not,i hope 👀) I think it would be very helpful as reference material for juniors and also pgs. If you guys are interested and want to see stuff like that let me know.
This is the post i made few days back(actually i was on this sub from the very beginning but I deleted all of my accounts)

Hey guys, I just graduated and finished MBBS from Osmania Medical College. Currently preparing for PG and looking for some part time work/side bucks preferably remote to sustain myself a bit till then instead of asking money from home for everything 😅
Tried looking into teleconsultation and similar stuff but couldn’t really figure out what and where to apply , also like I have seen some posts and pay is abnormally low like 10rs per cons. Open to tutoring, medical content, research work,BIPC coaching for intermediates or honestly anything flexible and genuine
Would appreciate any advice or leads, thanks :)

Hi, does anyone know whether there is a locker facility at Ion Khammam centre. Also, its quite ridiculous that there aren’t enough centres in Hyderabad -have to travel nearly 4 hours for the exam which i didn’t even prepare properly🥲
Got my INI-CET centre at ion digital karimnagar (vaageshwari). Does anyone know if they provide locker/storage facility for bags and phones? Please let me know.
