I'm on my last 3rd set, and my upper tooth gaps haven't really closed. What do I do?

Is this normal? Do these gaps close faster as we reach the end? Or do I need more sets?

An uncle in my community touched almost 4 girls inappropriately?

Just wanted to get this out of my head, and also need advice as to how to handle such men.

So this one uncle who lives in the same colony, and i always though he's funny or smtg, but ofc he is not, my friend once when we were younger told me he touched her inappropriately and warned me not to talk to him but I was too young to understand and i didn't have a proper conversation with her, neither did we tell anything to anyone.

Later, he did that to me, I was walking to a class, he stopped me gave me a hand shake and touched my chest area and my soul left my body for a second, I was shook I walked away quietly without questioning him.

Few days later my sister told me not to talk to him, turns out he did that to her and also to another friend of mine in my building. So that's 4 girls whom I know, and I'm pretty sure he wouldve done it to other girls. And the irony is he has 2 daughters and married twice. He still doesn't know how to respect girls.

What do I do, when I encounter such situations with men. Should we speak back, or just move on. Should I tell this to my parents now? It's been quite some time this happened to me, but I recently got to know this happened to other girls as well.

Why should we believe in god when everything is already destined to be??

I'm not an atheist, i do believe in god but I'm not very religious and lately this question has been at the back of my mind.

If everything, every person, every place we go to, and according to Hindu customs if the grains we eat also have our name on it apparently, why should we ever believe in god, why should we ever pray?? If everything is destined to be why do we ever take so much stress??? If everything is destined to be why do we regret our actions??

I've been trying new things alone, yet I feel stuck and like the same person that I was

Tried so many things out of my comfort zone, put myself in situations that I'm least comfortable with but I always return with a bad experience nothing to learn from, and feel like the same person. Im seeking growth but I can't seem to find it. I wanted to be able express myself and socialize comfortably but I'm nowhere near it. What am I doing wrong? I know it takes time, but I think it's been enough time so I just wanted to hear from people and what they've experienced
