Soooo I get to meet David (Art)for the first time soon!

Hey everyone! I get to meet David in his Art Costume soon and get to take a selfie and get an autograph with him as his regular self and I’m deeply terrified of clowns but I love Art! I know crazy lol but I was wondering since this will be my first con and first Terrifier event I’m going too if anyone has any tips for me! I’m so excited but I have the worst anxiety right now (in general). Do I go into it telling him I’m terrified of clowns but I love him or do I say nothing and if he honks at me with that dang horn just go with it lol I think it might find it amusing my name is Lauren given Sienna’s real name is Lauren and I adore her! Thankssss in advance! :)

COLLECTOR QUESTION!!

I’m wanting to get all three movies, but kinda want to get them as collector items. Let me explain. I want to get like a steel book or just a special edition version packaging so I can display them with my collection when I’m not watching them.

Do you guys have any recommendations or maybe some photos of yours?

Fun fact about the actor for art in the 2nd and 3rd movie

In my high school no one talks about anything but I had been walking with a teacher and talking about things I liked last year and terrifier came up! The teacher walking with me turned and said, you know he went here righ? Holy cow a legend has walked these halls before- and when I got home and looked it up it was true, but sadly there’s nothing with his name on it at our school…

EDIT: I did get actors mixed up mb gang so anyways I guess the og actor for art did not the one for AHE

Finally watched the trilogy…

So I’ve been putting Terrifier for years mostly because everyone was putting it on this pedestal of “horror masterpiece “ but the other night I was scrolling through Tubi and saw all 3 films were available for free and was like screw it … might as well and I gotta say it’s not what I expected .

1 . I can see why people consider this the best . It has this dream fever atmosphere throughout the movie which I loved and Art was the perfect blend of intimidating and funny . Also Justice for the exterminator guy , I wanted bro to live so bad but I knew he would die lol

2 . This one surprised the shit out of me , I had no idea it was going to build a new story of a character which is Sienna who is also bad ass especially when she has her angel warrior outfit on . The movie really gave me this a nightmare on elm street vibe and the soundtrack was absolutely amazing . The fight scene had me in awe because I did not expect that from this franchise

3 . I think is where I find Art the funniest , especially the scene when he passes the bar and goes back to look inside and his face when he sees the Santa Claus dude had me wheezing . This movie was the only one out of the three that had a scene that genuinely creeped me out is when the 2 dudes go into the abandoned house and find Art and Victoria and the way Victoria is sitting in the bathtub when the guy finds her was super unsettling. She actually scared me more than Art. Again the fight scene in the end again had me hyped because it’s done so well and you knew it was coming and it paid off beautifully. The movie ends on cliffhanger which is cool and I hope the dream Sienna had where she sees the demon forging her sword was a glimpse of where she’s going to go to find Gabbie in the next movie .

But yeah , just wanted to share my thoughts . Gracias .

Thoughts?

I’ve noticed that Terrifier seems to be quite controversial in the horror influencer sphere. A lot of people seem to hate it due to its violence towards women, which I think could be a fair argument for the first one but the other two imo spreads its violence pretty equally. One thing that is brought up a lot is an apparent law suit from the actress that played Dawn and Damien Leone’s work in general. I admittedly don’t know much about either of the two but I personally love Terrifier because I like David Howard’s Thorntons portrayal of Art and he personally seems like a great guy from what he shares on social media ( very politically out spoken and I agree with a lot of his takes).
Just wondering what other fans think of this.

Did anyone else think that Art was supposed to be some kind mime and not a clown at first?

It's self explanatory. He has a black and white color scheme, he's completely mute, and he uses body language to communicate/express what he's thinking.

Check your local Barnes & Noble! I found two at one store.

It’s item number 0889698916905 if you want to check the website to see if it’s in stock before you go.

Any characters you really wanted to live?

Idk how people feel about her and honestly I feel she might be disliked but my answer to this is Brooke. I don’t know why but I just really loved her character. I thought she was fun and pretty. And also she seemed like a real person to me.

Like she wasn’t great as a person. However I liked how you saw how she had somewhat good intentions behind all the bad things she does. Like she drugs Sienna obviously messed up. However she does it to make her have a good time and does it with her. She means to do Sienna good.

Then she bitches at Sienna and complains to her boyfriend in the car but you can see her think about what siennas gone through and then be like honestly wait a minute considering everything she’s doing pretty good. I also liked how she fought back before she died and has a little chase.

Her death pissed me off. Idk it felt cheap to me. Like oh we just need to kill her off. I would’ve preferred she lived through terrifier 2. I’m not saying she needed to survive the whole franchise but I would have liked to see her alive for just one more movie.

Idk was just kinda annoyed with that ending for the character. What character is that for you guys?

Has anyone bought the french collector's edition, is there really Leon's commentary for "Terrifier 3" and a new commentary for All Hallows` Eve (there was a commentary with actor Mike Giannelli, not alone)?

Sick signed find from Depop

I found and was able to get this Blu-Ray of Terrifier 2 that’s signed by both David and Damien! Only $30!!
HorrorHound Con I went to last year wanted at least $100 for one of their signatures! (I was already getting the $250 picture package with the two of them so it seemed like a next time sorta thing.)

Absolutely thrilled!!

Met the man himself today

So exceptionally cool and just down to earth. He saw my One Piece phone case and we talked about One Piece briefly after the photos.

A 4th of July Terrifer movie would've been cool... imagine Art the Clown with freakin fireworks...

A while back I saw in the comment section I think shortly after the release of Terrifier 3... someone said they should make a Terrifier film for all the holidays, which would've been amazing...

Obviously Terrifier 4 is confirmed to be the last one, and I'd imagine it'll be fantastic... but I can't stop imagining what a 4th of July themed Terrifer movie would've been like... that would've been insane.

Should I watch All Hallows Eve?

I’ve already watched all three Terrifier films and I’m missing Art lol. Is All Hallows Eve worth watching?

Will the 4th movie have a huge budget increase?

Something I am interested in hearing is what people think the budget for 4 will be? Going from the 2nd movie (~300,000) to the 3rd (~3,000,000) the budget jumped 10x. My guess is around 6-10 million
