Took the princess to see her favorite last night.

Intermittent Fasting was literally a life changer for me. After a life of trying every method I could think of I gave it a try and it IMMEDIATELY locked me in and got me more focused than ever. I also started doing a high protein, high fat diet. Exercise wise it’s just push ups, sit ups, dumbbells and kettlebells. I’m just maintaining at the moment and unsure of my next move but the weight of finding the right formula being lifted is everything. Much love to y’all on your journeys. I’m 40 now and feel better and healthier than I’ve ever felt in my life and wish y’all the same happiness!

Is Julia the best actor in the gang?
Upon this rewatch, I wish I could count at this point, I’ve really been noticing how phenomenal of an actress Julia is. Even physical acting she knocks it out of the park. Some of my favorite scenes are when she’s having her inner monologue as she silently loses it on the jam packed subway and when she rips George’s hair piece off. I know Jason is known for being traditionally trained but Julia’s talents have really been shining this go round.

Side note, The Harry Potter candles stay up year round, it used to be just Christmas but my wife adores them so they’re permanent fixtures at this point.

Woke up feeling thankful for life!
Peak weight was 330, I’m 183 now and happier and healthier than I’ve ever been at 40 years old. Saw that photo on the left and decided I had to make a change. Switched to OMAD and a low carb high fat diet. I do mostly body weight exercises with a little dumbbell work and kettlebells. I don’t obsess over the scale and don’t know my weight until my physicals. I just want everybody to know it’s never too late to make that change. Don’t let the mental fight stop you from the physical one. You got this! Much love to y’all on your fitness journeys!

What’s a powerful quote from the show that may have been overlooked?
Mine is when Jesse is talking to Badger and Skinny Pete in the addict meeting and Badger tells Jesse:
“Selling to these people is like shooting a baby in the face, it’s not natural.”
That quote was so heavy to me. Especially considering that Badger is having this realization as an active addict himself. I’m doing my annual rewatch now and I’m discovering all of these quotes I previously missed. Greatest show of all time to me.
