Watch Party Tickets?

Hi everyone! I’m heading to Portland for the first time tomorrow on a work trip. Unfortunately by the time I really started looking into where to watch the game the watch party tickets were sold out. Any chance anyone have a spare? More than happy to Venmo for it. If not, any suggestions for a good bar to watch?

Thank you all, excited to see your city for the first time!

Request: Ban Posts Selling USA Watch Party Tickets

No one should be making a profit over a free event like this. If you cant make it, share for free.

Alsp, if you missed out, join the 107ist and watch at Legends! They will lilely have a permit of up to 200 (i believe, dont quote me on this).

Enjoy!

Tickets For Watch Party

Does anyone have any tickets for sale for the watch party? My brother is coming to town on Monday and would love to bring him and my wife, but missed on the ticket drop! Willing to pay a bit extra

I’ve got ~$30 to anyone who has an extra watch party ticket!

We all know a bunch of ppl grabbed extra tickets they aren’t gonna use. Why not give me one and have your beers/food covered for the night :)

Venmo/Cash App ready

Melbourne Victory fan here - what should we expect from Giovanni Savarese?

MLS isn’t widely watched in AUS so I’m keen to find out what style of football he plays?
He seems to have had success with the Timbers, is he well liked?

Does he give minutes to youth players? The Australian league is financially not in a great place so is pivoting towards developing youth and selling them overseas.

Any info is helpful, thanks from Australia 🇦🇺

Does anyone have extra tickets to the Providence Park watch party?

All of the tickets have been claimed and unfortunately my wife and I were too late to grab some. If anybody claimed tickets and won’t be able to make it we would love to take them off your hands.

EDIT: Someone generously gave us some tickets so we are good, but it looks like there’s a bunch of people in the comments also looking for tickets if anybody else has extra!

Anyone find it lame and disappointing that the Timbers and Portland didn’t do many big watch parties?

Besides the initial opening weekend that had games streamed at Pioneer Square for a few days, has that been it for us? Everything else has been watch parties scattered across Portland bars and such. I’m jealous to see all the other cities shown across the US hosted by their MLS teams holding events still. Seeing that and still have us be “Soccer City USA” is a let down.

New Timbers Tally: Jeff Sutton on Patch Patrol, Timber Jim, and "Spread the Love"

I had the chance to sit down with Jeff Sutton for the latest episode of Timbers Tally, and I think a lot of folks here will appreciate this one.

We talked about Timbers Patch Patrol, supporter culture, and the story behind a patch Jeff designed with Timber Jim. What started as a simple patch idea turned into a story about generosity, community, and Timber Jim's "Spread the Love" philosophy.

We also dive into:

  • The traditions around collecting and trading patches
  • How new supporters can get involved
  • Why preserving supporter stories matters

One of my goals with Timbers Tally is to document the stories of the Timbers community, not just what happens on the field, but the people and traditions that make supporting this club so special.

I'd love to hear your own Timbers stories, fill out this form to get on the podcast: https://forms.gle/DCRxEWbMLMxNQain9

USA Scarves: STH $40, non-STH $15

The "perk" of being a STH means that you can't take advantage of offers like this. We reached out and it would be $40 to buy the scarf where the deal here is a $15 addon to buying tickets.

No love for STHs.

From NZ media: Surman linked to clubs in top 5 leagues

Wellington Phoenix/All Whites fan reporting in here. You guys might be in for a hefty payday for Finn soon - the article doesn't directly name any teams, but certainly builds a lot of hype.

I sure hope we had a sell-on clause included in our deal!
