The Timbers Experience
Whatsup PNW! Im from CT and I’m in town this week for a conference, and decided to hit tonight’s game. What’s the best food item Providence Park has to offer? Any thing else I should know to help maximize my experience?

TAKEN. Three seats in 216; we can’t make it tonight and I would rather hand them off to a fan than try to sell em cheap on Seat Geek.
Just got a text from the timbers asking me to grab tickets to the match tonight. I’ve already been eyeing seatgeek but my surprise when the link sent by the timbers is double the price!
As you may have heard there was a massive earthquake in Colombia last week. The epicenter was in the western half of the country, which has given us the Chará brothers, Dairon, Mosquera, Fory, Caicedo, Perlaza, Moreno, Arboleda... Basically, every Colombian player that the Timbers have ever had is from the affected area. Stuff on the ground is *dire* y'all...
Diego is calling us to action, so if you have a couple of bucks to spare, consider donating to:
UNICEF's fund for supporting children affected by the earthquake
Catholic Relief Services's Colombia Earthquake Relief fund
These two are particularly good because they already had established networks and relationships among the affected communities (esp. many of the ones out in the middle of nowhere, where other NGOs never show up) and boots on the ground. They will still be there after all the other NGOs leave.
You can also donate directly to the Colombian Red Cross and support front line relief efforts.
A few dollars go a long way when the exchange rate is 3050-to-1!
I usually park at 5th and Taylor and walk up Taylor to the stadium. When I pass the parking lot at 12th and Taylor (the former Portland Clinic site) coming and going, it always seems to have a ton of spaces. Can anyone give me the scoop on parking there for evening games? That would make for a much shorter walk if the price is right.
Edit: I'm coming from Silverton.
SAN DIEGO @ PORTLAND TIMBERS HYPE THREAD!
WHO’S READY FOR SURMAN TO SCORE A HAT TRICK?
