Had these for about 1.5 years.

I only wear them to do yard work. They get sweaty, muddy and wet and have really held up well.

Definitely a solid pair of work boots!

13D, 79 last, Eugene sole, 270 flat welt.

Boots are in great condition.

Color is deep, rich, burgundy with patches of black.

Leather is thick, waxy and pliable

As with all CF Stead Rambler I realty dig the patterns created by the shrinking process.

Gently used Truman Redwood Double Shots in size 10EE for sale. Casual last, cap toe, speed hooks, 360º flat welt, Commando sole. Hardly broken in. I wore these probably less than 10 times, but once on a motorcycle, hence the minor scuff on the left big toe. Otherwise, in good shape. No apparent manufacturing defects or other flaws. Selling because they are a half size too big. Laces not included.

I have been buying 11.5EE on the formal last, but in reality I’m closer to an E width. End result of that is I end up with a lot of extra space on the inside arch of the boot. Soooo for this round I decided to try a D width, since for me the width I need is really in the toes , and of course the high instep. This last is pretty roomy in the toes, so not surprisingly it worked just fine, a little snug in the waist but I’m sure that will be fine after break in. I will definitely have to wear thinner socks for these, but for this type of boot I would prefer to anyway, . I don’t know that this would work on some of the stiffer, more rigid leathers, but at least for some leathers, there’s one less 11.5EE to compete with. These are some good looking boots, and of the service boots I’ve personally seen, or even most in photos, I find the Truman offering to be one of the most visually attractive , and more comfortable than the others I have tried.

Today I’m wearing my Truman’s in moose hide. I think they’re built on the 79 last. They’re very comfortable, it’s quite soft leather. Have a nice day!

These are as new. worn a couple of times. I think the pics will prove that. I recently came upon JWF uplands that I like better and do not need two pairs of the same leather. I will include the new BWF kilties. I would like $350 shipped PP G&S I got the fees. Picked up locally from a collector thinning the collection. NIB upland JWF cap toe. Wore them for about 6 hours today and they feel great. Can’t wait for them to patina. Might have to put my 6” plain toe JWF on the chopping block in the near future.
