How are my trees?

I've been practicing my trees. I've experimented with different styles but I kinda like this one the best. Am I overworking them or going to dark? I mixed Sepia and Sap green.

Mother and Son

I took this picture the weekend of my partner and our son, on a bench swing, on holiday. I thought today I would try and paint it.

I like the vibrancy but quite clearly have a lot to learn.

Saying that I'm proud of it!

I tried water color diary in Iceland

On a recent vacation I tried drawing some things I saw every day. I'm not a landscape artist or a water color person but I had a traveling water color kit I had a great time drawing and I think I want to do more watercolor any advice on how to improve so I can keep my momentum?

Fun, but how???

This isn't my first time using water color, but it is my first time going for more that basic shadows in it. I usually paint in oils or digitally. I feel like it's so muddy, even though it was wet on dry. This probably isn't the best subreddit, but I couldn't find anywhere better.

I really like watercolor, and it's super fun for me, even though I have no clue what I'm doing. But still, it's frustrating when it's not even close to what I wanted it to be.

I just want advise on how to do better next time. What I don't like it how the colors mix, and how the highlights barely exist. The hair also looks flat, and I don't know what to do.

Watercolor begineer

I got my paints and brushes this friday night. I really wanted to learn to paint, since I was a kid but I couldn't. So, I decieded to try my hand now... perks of having adult money and time. I dont know if I will be able to paint like a pro, but I am enjoying it.
I use set of water brush pens, 140gsm A5 sketchbook paper, camel watercolour palette 24 colors

Extreme Novice seeking advice on next steps

At 54yo, I just took my first ever art class - perspective in pen and watercolor. I’ve attached my work as it progressed through the 6 weeks, starting with the oldest, and would appreciate recommendations on what would be the most productive thing for me to practice, find a class on, buy a book about. Every aspect of my stuff is pretty bad - drawing, values, color, application, etc - so I’m a little flummoxed as to where to go next. Thank you!!!

A Stormy Moment 🌧️ Tried to capture the movement and atmosphere of trees bending in a storm. This was my attempt at creating a loose, moody watercolor with just a limited palette.
