Is there a group that is genderfluid, (or gender-affirming?) that wants to play D&D together?

I have had an idea for a while to get a group of people together that want to play D&D, and can additionally feel safe with the group to dress how they are otherwise unable to, due to the BS social norms of the Midwest. Does this exist, or is there anyone else seeking this?
