My plate was stolen and I’m looking for the best bet to prevent or at least mitigate them being stolen
Got a 2001 Toyota Corolla I’m working on. Extremely low mileage so it’s been riding the same struts for 20+ years.
The passenger side spring became down and I decided to replace all of the struts on the vehicle.
The rust holding the nut and bolt to the control arm would not give regardless of using breaker bars, but ended up stripping out both the bolt and nut head. I’ve tried using some naval jelly to see if I can access the flared part of the bolt or nut but can’t seem to get it off no matter what I do.
I’m debating on cutting the nut vertically and breaking it with a chisel but wanted to see if there are better ideas
