How much would it cost to build a family home in the Collegiate Gothic style?

I'm trying to get an understanding of how much a stone country villa in this style might cost compared to a modern home.

In detail: assume two storeys, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one dining room, one kitchen, a drawing room, foyer, pantry, and a study.

Why do my trousers do this?

The lower half breaks diagonally from my knees and creates unattractive shapes. Happens when standing upright.

This doesn't seem to be related to length, as rolling the cuffs to my ankles doesn't help. Hitching the trousers higher up to my waist results in the same issue, as does letting them lower toward my hips.
