Artillery X1 Config and Print settings

Hi all! I’m new to 3D printing and I have an Artillery X1 that I got from marketplace for really cheap. I changed the whole hotend and nozzle, so there shouldn’t be any clogging issues. It seems the first few layers print just fine, but then when more layers are tacked on it gets stringy as seen in the photos. Any help would much be appreciated!! Thank you!!

I’m using PrusaSlicer, Artillery x1 modified config with a .4mm nozzle and 1.75mm Insignia PLA+. Here are the more important settings (feel free to ask any other settings):

Layers and perimeter
Layer Height: 0.2mm
First Layer height: .24mm
Perimeters: 3 minimum
Horizontal shells
Solid Layers: 5 Top, 4 Bottom
Minimum shell thickness: 0 top, 1.2 bottom

Infill
Infill pattern: 15%
Fill pattern: Gyroid

Speed
Perimeters: 50mm/s
Small Perimeters 25mm/s
External Perimeters 35mm/s
Infill 60mm/s
Solid Infill 50mm/s
Top Solid Infill 45mm/s
Support Material 40mm/s
Support material interface 30mm/s
Gap Fill 30mm/s
(First Layer Speed) 20mm/s or 20%

Temp
Nozzle First Layer 220cel, Other 215cel
Bed First Layer 60cel, other 50cel

Retraction
Retraction Length: 0.7mm
Retraction Speed 35mm/s
Detraction Speed 35mm/s
Detraction Extra Length
Minimum Travel After Retraction 3.5mm
Retraction on layer change: checked
Wipe while retracting: checked
Retract amount before wipe 70%
