is this enough hairfall to be considered hairfall?

(the black dust is on the floor not on my hair)

so I have comparatively long and really thick hair but I donot do any maintenance not even combing. today i just did comb my hair (it did hurt but i didn’t stop till i felt like it) when it was dry and this is the result. i kinda notice my hair everywhere these days, i’m afraid it’s hairfall. can anyone confirm and give me advice on what to do next please

Car Rental as a tourist

I'm a short term tourist at Lisbon. My Driving License is in English, i'm worried whether I can take a rental car for a few days without an IDP here. Is it better to rent offline or on some website? My country's true IDP can only be issued within the country. There is some website called e-itca which I think isn't actually a true IDP provider for my license. Also, assuming I do get a rental without an IDP, how often do police pullover here to do a random check here? and is there any way to cross speed limits on highways? I can drive pretty well and can follow rules. (If there's some rules which you think aren't as known please list them too.)

Driving in Europe was something I dreamt of in my childhood it was more of some supercar but considering my financials a normal car would do.

Accepted Schengen after Rejection!

I’m an Indian National, 18M, applied for Schengen Visa via VFS Portugal. The visa sub category I applied for is “Business/Conference” but it is more of a funded internship. Was trying to find something on this but haven’t found anything useful, hence this post sharing my experience.

The first time I applied for the Schengen Visa, it got rejected due to no accommodation/flights submitted. Let me explain. I applied for the Visa in 30 April, and my travel date was 15 May. Since I was expecting the visa arrival by 14 May, I booked flights and accommodation with free cancellation. Unfortunately, the Visa arrived way later, on 19 May. I had cancelled my flights and accommodation on 14 May, but the embassy was going through my documents on 15th, hence they found out the documents are cancelled/ fake following a rejection from their side. I know it is my mistake to have such a short timeline from application to travel date. But I’d appreciated if they had put some thought into “Why are the hotels/flights cancelled” duh like why would I have a loss on my side waiting for them to verify. They could have at least asked me for confirmation.

There were two options then: Appeal/ Reapply. Appeal had a max timeline of 30 working days and that would cross my summer and making it impossible for my internship. I reapplied on 27 May for a travel date of 23 June with the same documents, just added the photocopy of the refusal notice from the embassy, and an explanation of that. The accommodation and flights are the free cancellation ones till 22 June. Received accepted Visa on 04 June (yes, that’s way sooner than expected) and have cancelled the flights and acco.

Just thought people should know it isn’t that hard to get a visa (at least for a funded intern). Any questions please lmk!

Is the visa accepted?

I've applied for schengen visa via portugal from india. My neighbour received the courier and then I asked them to open it, and asked them if there was any letter in it. They said that it has only the passport. I didn't ask them to open the passport and check, Is it safe to assume the visa is accepted? (especially since a rejection comes with a refusal notice which contains reasons as to why the visa was rejected)

Visa Complications

Hey this is an indian 18M, applied for schengen visa for short term (sub category: business/conference) through VFS new delhi, (through embassy of portugal) for research visit purposes on 30 April 2026. My original travel date was 15 May 2026. I was expecting visa by then, but unfortunately the visa hasn't arrived and I had to cancel the flight tickets and accommodation submitted for the visa application. I have booked my tickets again for 25 May, but haven't heard anything from VFS/ Embassy yet. Please suggest me on what to do. This is a paid research internship and I donot want to miss it.

Edit:
VFS Customer Support just tells me the application is under review at the embassy and we cannot do anything to fasten the process.
I've emailed the embassy and haven't received any reply. They donot answer calls smh.
