Guys I am thinking of joining a gym next week as a complete beginner and I could really use your help.

I'm a 21 years old guy and will be joining a gym near me in Lahore for Rs 5,000/month. I'm an absolute beginner and have never set foot in a gym before, so I want to know how to do it without making mistakes.

I don't know how to get proper protein — I know food, but there are only five days a week when my office serves chicken, and that's my one solid meal.

The rest of the time I eat from outside, so cooking isn't really possible for me. Is it a better idea to get protein powder to fulfill my protein needs? I need around 120 to 135 grams of protein per day.

What's the best way to get this protein, and do you recommend any specific protein brand? Also, are there any side effects to it?"

Thank you.

Gender wars making rishtas so difficult nowadays! (Rant)

I'm here ranting about gender wars destroying relationships worldwide and now it's a common thing in Pakistan too.

Men degrade women to a point of objects and women nowadays want men only as a wallet and we hear their opinion about the other gender they just blatantly say they hate the other gender and say stuff like "bhar mei jaye shadi" etc.

The point I'm trying to make is that we need to accept that the other sex is totally different from us and we need to co-exist with mutual respect from both sides fighting each other would just make things ugly for us.

I hope we can make a difference together. So who's in?

Why can't i see the dark black colors in quick settings tiles?

I am on the stable Android 17 and was excited for this feature but turns out it's not here.

Is 21M earning 1.5lac+ too young for Marriage?

Hi everyone, I 21M work as an Accountant in a Canadian based firm in Lahore and it's my first job and I earn about 80k with part time freelance as a Pen-tester (Cybersecurity) helping me reach 150k+ every month.

I wanna know if I am too young to start looking for a wife. I am emotionally mature and know all my responsibilities and my colleagues are mostly 25+. I want to start a family at this age as I think me and my wife should be growing together and not like grow separately and end up marrying when we have accomplished everything.

Let me know if 150k+ a month are enough for her if she is supporting and respecting about it? And also what about with just 80k if I want to leave part time freelancing if she herself also works?
