I have a fixed grand cross between my moon, Uranus, Sun conjunct Venus conjunct Mercury, and MC (along with ASC DC IC)
I also have a Yod within 4 degrees between Jupiter, Saturn, with a Mars (R) apex.
How can I overcome this challenging grand cross?

I am currently 5 years sober and work in recovery, helping others directly. I’m so tired, and everything is so difficult for seemingly no reason

Curious how this aspect would affect them, due to all of the conjunctions.

Since the grand cross is between the Moon, Uranus, Mercury/Venus/Sun, and MC (not to mention ASC, IC, & DC), I would assume that this would lead to an extreme tension in the personality. This chart looks heavily karmic to me, and that they have to do a lot of spiritual growth to be able to release tension through the MC. This could show up as a professional who is very seasoned in their career, or is completely stuck by all of these squares and unable to thrive.
How do you think this would manifest?
