Can somebody tell me if I need to buy a ticket in advance for this train?

I can't for the life of me figure out what train line or what. I was told to take the "Cumana" train. This seems like a good way to get where I'm going, just not sure if I can just tap my mastercard on or if I need to get an advance ticket.

What kind of train is this? Like one of the ones I took from Rome (Italo, InterCity) or more like a metro?

Gosh, I am confused :/ Please help !

I love mowing the lawn so much

I love mowing the lawn so much that I mowed it yesterday, and I just caught myself like manically thinking "I hope it grows fast". I don't even have a lawn, I just mow an old guy's lawn in my community. I wish I could mow an entire field. I wish I could mow a soccer field.

Just a regular gas mower. Not the riding mower. I like pushing it.

Anyway, do you guys like it? I don't know why but I just love it. I never get sick of it.

bruises around bug bites

Does this ever happen to anyone? This happens to me on occasion. I will have what I feels like a mosquito bite and the whole area starts to feel bruised, and then I look at it and it's all splotchy bruised up like this. I have more just the same lower on the leg too. I've only ever had this on my legs I think

To be honest, I always thought it's probably just from scratching too hard (in character for me), but for the first time ever I was like maybe this could be something else... so... thoughts?

How to get out a depressive/anxious episode

I need to get out of this long depressive episode. The past 2-3 weeks I've been sleeping all day, not leaving the house, cancelling on friends, etc. It's so severe because I am literally unable to do anything or feel any happiness, only anxiety and despair. I'm so tired and have a constant headache. Constantly scrolling. Eating like garbage, so bad. Apartment so messy.

The reality is this episode started probably back in the fall. This winter I went 2 months without washing my dishes. I would just wash one as needed. I had mice. I gained weight. I tried and then stopped antipsychotics. I'm back on Zoloft for like 5 weeks now. More depressed and anxious than ever. Can't sleep a decent night. I was quite athletic and ran daily, and did marathons. Now, I can barely answer a text. I have at least some brief suicidal thoughts every day.

Please, how do I get out of this? I've tried all the usual methods - exercise, trying to get back into a routine, trying to seriously clean + declutter my space, trying to perform well at work - and I can't even get myself to the grocery store. My brain feels dead. I lie in dread and despair all day every day except when I'm at work, where I have to hide it.

Do I tell a doctor about this? What can they even do for me? I feel so stuck, and I feel like the self destruction of it is only going to get more catastrophic.

Kind of want to quit running for some reason. Feeling crappy

I don't know... I've really lost my running spark. I've been running a lot for the past 3 years. I've ran 2 marathons. I'm not the fastest runner and it never bothered me before. But now I have this weird anxiety and shame about how I suck at running. And I know it's just about getting out there but honestly I've been depressed, sleeping all day.

I recently told a guy my marathon time and he laughed and went "you suck!" like shocked. Also recently I was running and my dad asked my pace and I told him and he was like "come on can't you run faster than that". And there's this girl at my work who's an amazing runner and I don't know.... I mean I know none of this matters and it doesn't matter what anyone says especially since I literally just run for exercise and distance. And it never bothered me before. But for some reason, I'm feeling really insecure and crappy about my crappy running.

I just can't seem to run better. My pace is stuck at 6:30/km, sometimes even slower. I want to run faster so I can enjoy it again without this weird insecurity and dread but Idk I just feel like a loser. I feel like maybe I need to try and drop 20lbs or something, it might help speed and stamina. Idk

Any tips on improving running confidence / getting back out there? Or frankly, running better and being less frustrated?
