I know its too early but is there any way that i could get connected to any alumni who had/is studying in m tech in foreign countries (It would help me significantly if i can contact any alumni before 3-4 semester that's why i am asking way too early )

Does it have any option where i can buy a laptop through the loan
If yes then what's the maximum amount they allowed
Or does i have to purchase the laptop with my parents money
