Is that a thing still? Where can I go!? I work near City Hall..

I have been wanting an e-cargo bike for the past year to serve as a car replacement (my partner and I share one car). I have become obsessed with Tern HSD for its compactness and ability to haul an adult passenger. Since wanting one, I see them everywhere in Portland now!

Then Gen 2, released in 2023, is the version that can carry an adult passenger with a rear rack capacity of close to 180 lbs. Do you think it is realistic to wait and have one pop-up used within the next handful of months? Or should I just shell out the 5-6k!?

I have seen some pop up in FB Seattle but not much in Portland :(

Not very many options at my local bike shops besides Tern and E-Bullits. Looking for front loading mini /smaller cargo bike. Most good options seem to be sold in Europe.

Anyone know which brands will ship to US?
