Does the DK series have a shield for the loader valve? Or does that come with the 3rd function kit? Got home about 11:30pm after a 14hr drive trailering it from the dealer and just noticed there’s no shield for the loader valve. Is this normal?
I currently own a TC29 gear drive tractor. I’m at the point of looking for something new with a little more power. I know the hydrostat drive compacts lose more Hp to the PTO than a gear drive. My question does anyone think there would be a noticeable difference between two of the same frame size tractors one having 7 more motor HP and 5 more PTO HP. The higher HP tractor is obviously more expensive but it’s several thousand dollar more. I’m looking at a 39.9 PTO hydrostat drive to run a 6-7’ flail mower The bigger tractor has 45PTO HP. I can’t imagine there would be that noticeable difference between the two
I’m at the point of getting a new tractor (should last the rest of my life). What I’m wondering is is a local bank or credit union going to be any better than just using the Brands (Kioti) financing? I’ve got a 50% down payment. Going through the dealer is the easiest but am I giving up a lot by not using a local bank?
Is it normal for the fan to cycle on and off at idle? I’ve owned this 2024 for about 6 months. It does not run hot but at idle it sounds like an electric cooling fan cycles on and off, on and off.
