Who’s talking in the last episode credit roll?

Finished yet another re watch of GK. During the credits of “bomb in the garden” there’s a recording of someone saying things like “ an m16 was my wife..I ate concertina wire and could shoot the hair off a flees a$$ at 300 yards” it sounded like a real recording from that time so I was wondering if anyone else has asked this or figured out who’s voice it is.

Should these be resoled or am I being paranoid?

First pair of cowboy boots I’ve had and not sure if they need a resole. I haven’t worn em for a few months till I can get the soles replaced if need be. Figured I’d ask the subreddit. Hope everyone’s having a good weekend!
Edit: Boot information: Cody James Union, full grain leather.
