Cauli gnocchi + autumnal pasta sauce + sausage + cheese=match made in heaven!

I made a cauliflower gnocchi skillet recipe that calls for tomato sauce, I used the autumnal harvest creamy pasta sauce for a seasonal variation and it was delightful! The cheese sprinkled on top gets so melty under the broiler. I used a full cup of cheese instead of half a cup and it was perfect but I also love things really cheesy.

Anyone doing separate rooms and alternating nights with partner?

Due soon and planning to exclusively formula feed. Our plan is to sleep in separate bedrooms and alternate nights with the baby so that we each get a full uninterrupted night of sleep half of the time.

Anyone else take this approach and how did it work for you? We did this with our puppy and it worked well, but curious how it would work with baby.

Inner thigh strain

My left inner thigh (the one that was on the moving carriage) has been in a lot of pain since kneeling inner thighs on the grey side today. I didn’t realize it in the moment, but I think I may have pulled or overworked it. It hurts to walk and move. I’m also in my second trimester of pregnancy and pregnancy hormones make joints less stable, so it’s easier to overload stabilizer muscles like the inner thighs and I’ll need to lower my springs once I recover.

Has anyone experienced this and how long did it take to recover? I’ve been fortunate not to have any injuries in Solidcore so I’m not sure what to expect and how I can support my recovery beyond resting.

Was it just for filming in the studio (which I’ve seen other people online do tbh) or was there more to the story
