i miss rping and i think trying to rp dsmp again would be really fun. i like more literate things but semi literate is okay too as long as its not just like two sentences per reply. i dont mind aus or canon adjacent things! both would be fun i think..

question about commissions

Hi! I should preface IM NOT TRYING TO GET ANY COMMS i quite frankly dont really want to take any but this is a one time thing for me and i need advice

My friend said he'd like to commission me for music-- i did something for free for him but I know that if he wanted more stuff in the future like hes planning that would really involve me going out of my way (already had to for this bc im in didactic year in school and its killing me) and I think I'd want to charge money, i dont want to rip myself off but I guess I also have this deep sense of feeling mean and pretentious if i charge too much if that makes sense?

Didactic Help Needed

Hey!

I’m in my didactic year, physiology exam in 5 days, I’m reviewing flashcards and notes but towards the last three days I really want to hammer in practice questions to get used to the format of testing (Since I did awful on my anatomy one.)

Saw a lot of people mention this resource, would amboss be a good review if I need practice questions for cardiovascular system for a physiology MCQ exam? If you use something else, what has helped you for practicing questions / what helped when you were in didactic year?

I’m very new to this I’m afraid of failing because my first exam went so poorly :”)

Hi!

I think this is a good place to post this, I really want the dress I attached to this post. My dad said he would get me a dress for my birthday, hes willing to pay the authentic price. I was wondering if I should do the one from Liz Lisas website or an Aliexpress dupe I saw for 60 (reviews look promising, I put one of them on the post!).

Liz Lisa is around 130 if I include shipping so I’d be saving him a lot of money. Do you guys think there’s a big difference in quality? I also saw online on this reddit that many say Liz Lisa’s quality isnt the best so I wonder if there’d even be a difference. I really want to dress like this to fully express myself this would be one of my first coords c:

i dont know what my mom did to my computer

Hi, as the title says, no clue what my mom did to my laptop. I think she fried it or something because it wont turn on.

For context, she randomly took it from me one day because she was mad, and she said she was going to use it, instead of using the charging port (in the 2nd image) she used some random usb c cord (3rd image) and the computer did read it as a charger. However, its not the right charger. She did not ask me for my charger she went ahead and did this herself.

I tried using the charger thats actually for the computer, it no longer works. The computer will not turn on anymore. Is there anything I could do in this situation?

I’m just insanely distressed because my aunt bought me this for college and im going back this week, additionally music is my passion and it breaks my heart i cant make anything because of someone else’s negligence with my laptop.
