Orange cat on Kohl's sign (harmony rd)

saw this adorable little guy around 11:30pm off harmony. I took a video when i noticed it had a collar, but when i got closer it looks like it might be an airtag, so hopefully they're not lost but posting just in case!

My style salon inspired by romeo & juliet

I hate these style salons that seem to be based on a very specific outfit..the winners turn out similar every time anyway but at least with prompts like the recent wildland encounter or perfect storm theres options of themes you can work with. The second pic was my first idea but i just didnt think it was interesting enough. So i decided to go a different shakespeare-inspired route, my submission is supposed to be juliet after drinking the sleep potion 🥀

Landings park/boardwalk dr police activity around midnight?

I was walking home up boardwalk dr around midnight, basically saw a bunch of cops cars surrounding landings park from all sides, and parked along boardwalk dr from harmony to just past the park. It looked like they were looking for someone/something in the park. By the time i realized how many there were i was too far away from any of them to ask if it was safe to keep walking, but i made it home and now im nosy. I quit the nextdoor app or else id post this there lol

Do you wear your fl-41 glasses at work, and do people comment on them?

Ive had fl-41 glasses for probably 6 years now and they're super helpful. I dont wear them all the time, but i wear them to bright places like grocery stores, or if im starting to feel symptoms. Ive been pretty lucky to not have to wear them at work, or if i do, not be totally customer-facing. Or wear them until i have to talk to a customer then take them off because ive definitely had coworkers ask why im wearing sunglasses. I just started a new job where I'm working pretty one-on-one with customers, and at the end of the day, its none of their business and i dont really care if someone thinks my glasses are weird, or assumes im hungover, when my other option is fucking up for both of us because my auras are going crazy and i cant read the computer screen. But im just curious what other people's experience has been wearing them around the public/at work, and how you deal with comments if you get them!

In my 30s and still calling my mom crying cause "my head hurts"

It feels silly when the pain is gone but you guys understand. This is just kinda a rant i guess to stop spiraling. Im on my period and stressed about starting a new job this week. I woke up with a migraine and tried everything i could, but i just felt so alone while in so much pain and started to panic. I'm broke, dont have insurance, just rawdogging life til i can get my shit together. I'm single for the first time in 10 years and i miss having someone to just be there for me. But then i remember how my ex wasnt really helpful or understanding, and its hard dating because a lot of people don't understand, and i just want to be held but somehow men in their 30s still think its funny to say "an orgasm might help." So i called my mom, whos across the country, and cried to her like a baby. I hate that migraines make me feel like a child again, crying because i cant articulate my feelings, which makes everything worse. I woke up from my fourth nap now finally feeling okay enough to get on my phone. I still just want a mom hug, but getting this out helps a little too.

RIP Juice WRLD. I was listening to this song and juice mentioned migraines in other songs too. I dont know for sure if he suffered from migraines, but depression/anxiety/migraines are a recipe for opioid addiction and i guess im just posting this as a reminder for us all to take care of ourselves. For the record im not trying to judge anyone who takes opioids, i see their value and know they exist for a reason, ive struggled with addiction myself and i just wish there were better options for us to ease the pain of everything, as an american on medicaid ♥️
