Hello everyone, I just wanted to make you aware. I purchased some slabs of wood from Habitat for Humanity restore they’re about 8 feet long by 3 feet wide 100 pounds each. I got two of them. They were 90 bucks each when I brought them home I sent them outside and then realized there’s evidence of termites on the wood after two days of thinking I had to get the wood far far far away from my house so the termites do not destroy my house.

so just a heads up: if you’re gonna buy some wood from Habitat for Humanity restore it might come with some free-house-destroying-termites. Check the wood before you buy it.
