Problems with Matrix Portal S3

Hello everyone. Through an Update, i have a problem with my adafruit Matrixportal S3 Board. It seems like i ruined my bootloader and now i am stuck with installing WLED or WLED MM. Can anyone guide me? I installed the uf2 bootloader via the adafruit esp Tools and it worked flawlessly. I also read that i need a 8mb Partition file together flashed with the wled Program but i dont know the correct offsets in the memory adresses.

Help greatly appreciated, will also send out a few bucks as bounty if we can resolve that :)

Steam controller Firmware fail?

I got myself a new steam controller and every time i use steam, i get a message, that the steam controller is detected. The Puck is plugged into my PC and im sitting on the Couch with the Controller. After a few seconds of loading, it reports that it failed to Update the steam controller Firmware. Exactly the Same happens, when i have the controller resting on the Puck. What am i doing wrong?

Trees are floating, water and landscape is buggy.

Does anybody know which mod could possibly be the culprit? My trees are floating like wild, water level is not high enough and some map assets are sitting on pillars.
