Grill Died overnight is the meat trash

Hello all, my grill died overnight and I'm trying to determine if my pulled pork dinner is ruined.

I put it on at 10pm at 235F, by 2 am it was about 150F internal temp. The grill started temp decline at 2:50am and fully died at 3:07am at this point the meat was stalling and still sitting at 150F, I woke up at 5:50am and the internal probe was 110F.

Is there any saving this or will I be giving everyone food poisoning?

Editing to add the grill temps if it matters...

The grill temp hit 140F at 3am and was 55F by 5:30am, by 6:30 the grill temp was 200, so it was in the danger zone from 3am-6am after having been at 235F from 10:30pm-2:45am

Vanilla Icecream with freeze dried mango

Did a basic vanilla base just with 30g of regular jello vanilla pudding powder, 700 mL of 2% ultrapur protein milk, and an unmeasured amount of vanilla bean paste, used 8 g of freeze dried mango mix in for the top only (I don't put it in a central hole, I make 1 hole in the middle and 3 around the sides and put a few pieces in each, there were decent sized pieces remaining), spun on sorbet, added mango and ran on mix-in.

I was petting my dog and felt a tiny lump on her back, too a picture and saw this little red mark.

I bought this pack for 4 sub buns and can't tell what the serving size is... The calories are listed as 320 cals, I weighed it and each bun is about 140-150 g.

Is the 320 cals for a whole one or maybe for half, seems a bit low for such a big bun. Please help!

This is simple 2 ripe bananas, 500 mL of 2% milk, 1/3 cup Lakanto sweetner (monk fruit/erythritol), 1/4 tsp guar gum (scale doesn't pick up such small amounts). Spin on sorbet, pack down, create a hold half way down, added about 6-8 mini Reece's peanut butter cups on the mix in setting for top only.
