Absolutely ridiculous. Interior screen was broken for seemingly no reason. Just broke when I opened it 4 months after buying. Went to Samsung to get it repaired. First of all they didn't have the part in stock and this is information I appearently need to drive 30 miles to have told to me in person. Then I was told because the device has a tiny exterior scratch the warranty is voided. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from a company currently making money hand over fist.
