I'm having a problem where my 775 max combo's mopping roller keeps lifting and lowering, essentially missing half of the floor when I ask it to mop.
Support told me to do a factory reset. Before I go through the hassle, has anyone else been encountering this?
Iroomba's site states that you can get 10% off by signing up with your email, or 15% off by claiming a referral. I've tried both and I keep getting the same message.
Has anyone has success with doing either of these yet? I've been trying all weekend. Still no email.
We have a Roomba 100 series and it does a decent job, but it still leaves a bit to be desired. I was looking at Irobot's new lineup and was interested in the 575 or 775.
I have 2 little ones who destroy our floor. There are also some obstacles that our 100 series seriously struggles with (the bottom of a desk that is just above the bumper, but low enough to hit the upper sensor.) (the support bars of a high chair, that are on the ground, confuse the robot and keep it spinning around until it powers over the bar - then it starts over), etc. The charging is also super slow.
Does anyone have a Max 775 combo or the 575? What're your thoughts on it so far?
