Dont let other "fans" invalidate the Team that OKC is, the coach they have and the roster Presti put together..

Not an OKC fan and not a consistent NBA watcher this season.. but OKC imo plays the best brand of basketball in the league, along with Denver and at times.. Golden St.

OKC is an EXTREMELY entertaining team.. they shoot from all over the floor, get to the hoop, they play fast and physical on both sides of the ball and its a consistent brand of basketball that overwhelms opponents..

There are obviously alot of issues being taken with Shai's "flops" and other uncalled OKC fouls.. however.. Spurs are being allowed to literally push defenders away from them at the hoop (keldon, harper), Castle forearm shoves on drives to the hoop and fouls on every OKC fastbreak that hasnt been called once.. Wembys shotblock attempts that end in uncalled goaltends or fouls(he "somehow" average 2 fouls a game..)

Game 1 the free throws were 21-8 at the end of regulation..Shai had 5 fouls, Hartenstein barely played and had 4..

OKC doesnt have the shiny new most popular player so they get this type of fan disdain.. it happened on Denvers run a few years ago as well..particularly vs the Lakers.. But OKC plays the right way, the entertaining way and the smart way for NBA basketball.

Are there certain instructors that focus on strength and conditioning(i.e. more hills, higher cadence or rpm etc.) more than others? Alot of instructors classes are theme'd based on music playlists, but the class body zones all look fairly similar when reviewing one class vs another.
