Purchased this lock box to use. I always use my same combination but can't get in after not using it for 2 months. Any idea on how to open it without damaging it?

My combination I used is not allowing me to open it. Unless some kind of way the box reset the combination without me knowing. Any trick to get in.

I tried cleaning the dial pad with hand sanatizer.

Tried seeing I can reach the reset latch inside but unsuccessful.

Tried tapping on top and bottom to see if it would open.

Tried prying at it but don't want to break it.

I have another box similar an both had the same password. Unless I made a mistake and hit the latch to lock in another password.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Please Help..Purchased Walmart waterfall Eco Dynamic tires with roadhazard Feb 2025. Treadwear 4/32 with 15, 000 miles. Alignment check was good. Will walmart prorate the tread wear? Also, if they do what walmart tire would be best? 215/55r/17

I purchased Walmart waterfall eco dynamic tires 215/55r/17 with roadhazard Feb 2025. I put 15,000 miles on them and treadwear is 4/32 on 3 tires, 1 tire was replaced within 6 months of the new set being purchased due to it losing tire pressure and failure. Walmart prorated and replaced it. That tire is 7/32.

The treadwear has worn significantly in a year a year 1/2. My dad is a certified U.S army mechanic and rotated y tires every 5k miles with my oil change and sometimes a little before 5kmiles if I get my oil changed earlier.

Will walmart prorate my tires?

Also, One tire I got a nail in Friday and today a nail is in my sidewall. My dad patched the first nail. Then I read it may void the warranty for that tire 🤦‍♀️ but there was no way to make it to a Walmart at that time.

If walmart does replace them what resonably price tire could you reccomend on a budget that could last 4yrs?

Car came with perelli tires but they were kind of pricey and were not at walmart.

If Walmart does not replace them and I have to purchase tires. What tires would you recommend that last 4+ years and what tire shops have good tires and warranties?

Any help appreciated.

Need help Purchased Brand New Eco Waterfall 45K mile Tires Feburary 2025 but now they have been worn down to tread of 4 with only 15,000 miles on the tires. Had an alignment check and it came back back in green. Alignment tech stated the tires may be defective. See details. Need help with Warranty

Hi,

My Questions:

  • Is anyone familiar with Walmart's road hazard warranty for tires?
  • Is there anything I may be able to do because the tires seem to be defective?

Please be kind. Any advice is appreciated ; ) Thank you!

If I can't get assistance when I go, I will try to escalate to the store manager, district manager, and file with the Better Business Bureau because the customer service is so poor.

I purchased a set of 4 new Eco Waterfall tires in February 2025. In September, one of the tires kept losing tire pressure, went flat, and had to be replaced. The tire did not have a nail or any damage was defective, and Walmart replaced it. The tires now have 15,000 miles on them, and all 4 tires have significantly low tread wear between 4-5. My tires have been rotated every 5,000 miles during my oil changes by my father (who is a certified automotive mechanic for the military).

Background: Originally, the tires were purchased online, sold by Walmart, and shipped to the store. I purchased Walmart Plus, a road hazard warranty, and paid for the installation package online as advised. When I arrived at the store, the store claimed that because I purchased the warranty and road hazard online, I needed to cancel that online installation and road hazard warranty and have it re-rung in stores. Which made absolutely no sense. I spent an hour on the phone trying to cancel the warranty just to get tires installed, but it finally was done after being in the store arguing for over two hours. Finally, the tires were installed.

First Issue: 6 months later, I went to a different Walmart location because one of my tires keeps needing air and went completely flat. The technician determined the tire did not have a nail or anything and replaced the tire. The technician at the Walmart I went to stated the other location was never supposed to cancel my installation and warranty online that I purchased with the tires. She stated that once it was paid online, the store should have installed without giving me any issues.

Current Situation: I called the store to notify them that all my tires' tread wear is low after only putting 15,000 miles on the tires. However, my passenger-side tires are even lower. The associate asked if I rotate my tires on time. I replied, "Yes, every 5,000 miles. My daddy does it every time my oil is changed". The associate got a bad attitude, saying this is going to be a problem because only Walmart is supposed to touch your tires! You have a road hazard! warranty! I explained that no one told me what my warranty covers because they were too busy fussing about me cancelling the warranty online so the store could re-ring the warranty, and I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour. The associate then yelled, "Well, if I was here, I know I told you!" I said there were mostly men working when I came, so I don't think you were there because I wasn't informed. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no one was available, but I could come by the store and they could try to find someone, but it seems like I will have a problem. She was so rude. I decided to call the Walmart customer service line; however, the representative stated, “Typically we would be able to assist you, but because you cancelled the installation warranty and road hazard and had the store re-ring it, then you will strictly have to deal with the store now.

Switching attorneys

I want to switch attorneys but since my case has been on-going for almost 2 years. I can't find anyone to take it. Also, a mediation term sheet was presented. I was forced to sign under duress and basically I have two options sign the final contract or I will be dropped as a client.

Any one experience anything like this, any advice?

I tried looking up free legal advice resources to try to speak to someone but I didn't find any. The board could not answer my questions either.

Please be kind I am already suffering from a brain injury 🧠in addition to other significant injuries. Remember to respond how you would want someone to respond to you during the toughest time of your life 😞🙏

Right to sue

Just curious 🤔

Louisiana

Has the EEOC ever issued a right to sue if time has been passed there 180 or 300 day file limit.

I missed my window by 14days due to having a brain injury which was caused due to the job violating my disability accommodations.

I was told find a attorney first and then they would issue me a right to sue. The reason being that was stated is once a right to sue is issued I will only have 90days to file.

Note: I did the telephone interview but did not get to log in the portal in time. I was given the wrong information of 365 days instead of 300 days. So missed the deadline by 14 days

Anyone ever hear of this?

Louisiana: Can I cancel mediation agreement for workers Compensation

I signed a mediation agreement for settlement on June 10th for workers Compensation law in the state of Louisiana after mediation session. My injury consist of cognitive impairment and I was under duress. Mediation went on for 12hrs

The final draft will be avaliable to sign next week per my attorney.

Is it possible to cancel the agreement or is it still legally binding?

Update:

The agreement list the amount, voluntary resignation and paying for some care. It then states all parties agree with the settlement terms. Then it has the signatures.

It's one sheet of paper and it's not the final contract. The final contract has to be submitted to the judge and I was told I had to sign off on the final contract which will not take place until one day next week.

Mediation Details During Mediation my attorney ignored all my request, strictly talked numbers with the mediator even when I was not in agreement. I was not allowed to speak to the mediator only my attorney. My attorney negotiated the contract to their liking and I was told sign or the other party will stop my benefits. I asked for time to decide at least a day, my attorney said no. I expressed my feelings of being forced, being ill and emotional duress but I was still forced to make a decision which is why I was there until 9pm.

JUST WANT TO SAY THANKS FOR ALL THE VALUABLE INFORMATION YOU ALL ARE SHARING 🥰🙏 I AM SO DEPRESSED RIGHT NOW. I WORKED SO HARD TO HAVE DEGREES IN MY PROFESSION. SO I AM NOT TALKING THIS EASY.

Has anyone been to Blue bayou since it open this year?

If so, how was your experience?

Are the rollercoaster rides open as well?

Do they have lockers for personal items? If so what's the cost?

Do they offer meal plans?

How was parking?

What items are allowed in the park (towels, sunscreen, snacks etc)?

Any information is greatly appreciated thanks 🥰
