I am getting terrible speeds so I contacted the customer care and they told me that they will change my number to a different Tower the engineer will do it is it technically possible and can I expect more speeds because I am getting very very slow speed now 1-2mbps that's all

Help regarding first service for Speed 400 and Service Quote
I recently purchased a Speed 400, and its initial service is now due. When attempting to schedule the service, the quoted price is 2231, which includes HP Prolube. Given that HP Prolube is inferior to Castrol and Motul, I would like to inquire if it is possible to deselect this option. Could I instead provide my own oil—specifically a 10W-50 fully synthetic blend—for them to use during the service, as the manual indicates that any brand meeting these specifications is acceptable?

Help regarding Marks mistake in Application/BGC form
Hello I have some marks mistake in application form i got 938 in intermediate so the percentage will be 93.8 but i rounded it as 94 when I applied but now can I mail the ilp team and ask them to enable the edit option for it ?? I already got the offer letter and submitted my BGC documents. There was no edit option when I submitted the bgc form for intermediate, I only got the option to edit UG details.
