What is 100% Waterproof LPV? Need Recommendations/Guidance

Hi All -

Long story short my best friend has been pissing in a particular room for the past 18 months and ruined the flooring. (Its cheap MDF crap from Home Depot anyways).

I am looking for a LPV brand that is 100% waterproof, as in can be pissed on in the middle of the night and not cleaned until the morning (I am talking a lot of piss constantly). The area is ~450 sqft and has a slab under (Lower Level in Tri-level).

Is there an LVP that is 100% waterproof that has a nice wood look in an oak (want light to match the rest of the house eventually, but the rest does not need to be hard core waterproof).

I can't seem to get a straight answer from flooring stores or places like Empire etc. I've read that glue down would offer the best waterproofing vs click in. Any recommendations are appreciated. I want to reiterate again my best buddy is pissing a lot in this space :(

Spent Friday/Saturday looking to replace a 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. Budget was $60k, but didn’t see anything we had to have at that price point. Looked at Ford Explorer ST, Lincoln Aviator, Acura MDX, Lexus RX and Mazda CX90.

Felt underwhelmed for what we looked at, but the pathfinder was the last we saw on the way back Saturday from the Lexus dealership. We were totally undecided before this.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t appreciate these from what I saw online but this trim/color looked great in person. What sold this car is the excellent interior. I did not expect that at all in this price point.

Cabin was very quiet. VQ is a great engine 0 complaints from me. Overall, this was a great value for $47,500.
