So from looking online for muscle strength I heard that 3 sets of 5 reps (assuming by the 5th you can barely do it) is best for strength I go to the gym 2 times a week sometime more an example assisted pull-ups on a machine I did 5x10 pulls another 5x10 with lighter weight but I seen no real strength improvement in fact I gotten worse sort of? So muscle improvement should I switch to a 3x5 plan am assuming there is more effective way but as basic person would this be one of the most effective things I could do

So all I am doing is going into re size bar and and enabling but when I go to save it says this now most looks normal but 64mbs to 32mbs? Sound like down grade? And all sata devices to last boot hdd only? Should still hit save? And see a performance boost.

So my power supply is it's on its lost legs. And it's about time I upgrade I am looking to upgrade to 850 watt power supply versus my old 700 watt due to future proofing I'm looking at a budget of 80 to 120 pound maybe a bit more? I want one that won't have any coil wine usually these quiet and also that if it dies it won't take my components with it what am I looking at? Option wise
